Have used the guys in a few cities Delray Boca Raton Aspen have always had excellent experiences The drivers have always been super friendly and knowledgeable about the area and are always more than happy to take the time to help you figure out an awesome place to eat or have a drink App works like a dream Every once in a while there can be a long wait for a ride but let s be serious it s free So if you re in some crazy rush or have a tight schedule to keep might want to pony up a few bucks to pay for an Uber but even then you may wait a while All in all keep up the good work Downtowner each town you work in is a better place for it                     Awesome service Wish they were in more cities Jcmiphone

Was informed of this service by a hotel staff person who said it was a really great free ride service Registered requested a ride it said the wait time was 32 minutes after an hour we decided to get a car and drive ourselves No way to verify status of a request after it is placed I do not recommend this service unless you are not on a schedule and simply don t care when or if you actually get a ride     Horrible service TinMan-Indy

I ordered this three nights in a row every night it told me they would be there in 5 mins then it changed to ten after ten minutes of waiting it said twenty minutes away three nights in a row be aware of this bait n switch this is a crappy way to get around unless u have an hour to wait     Horrible service Pissed of footballplayer
