Despite what the other guy put 1 cool seamless app 2 everyone loves the local history 3 friendly fonts and is pretty straitforward 4 not everyone realizes that not all phones can read an app the same way so weird glitchy stuff is bound to happen 5 some people are dicks 6 better job than i could have done 7 i can spend my money easier downtown now Does what it says
Needs a lot more work Its pretty incomplete I dont know if they realeased it intending to fill in the gaps later lame unprofessional or if it has tons of bugs they didnt catch before offering it If so HEADS UP guys needs a bunch of fixes A few I came across on just my first quick look through 1 Under Services Civic there are 15 parking options you can tap but you dont know what they are because all they say is Parking So you tap one and it takes you to another icon to get the map The lack of info at the beginning is ridiculous But when you finally get to the map youre still not sure what youre looking at Is it a surface lot A structure What is the address What are the rates How many spaces 2 The Walking Tours is a nice idea butthe points of interest list is numbered but is out of sequential order Also the descriptions of each site are cut off I thought maybe you had to swipe to get the rest of the description but no it just ends midsentence midword I hope they add more tours Humboldt St MacDonaldSpring streets 3 Under Shops the information has inexplicable gaps Stores that have long been out of business Shops and other businesses that have no address or phone number in the description And to use the Directions feature it tells you that you need to have Google Maps installed Hello iPhones dont come with Google Maps anymore Which means I have to install another app just for this one to work And I dont even know if GM is yet available There are probably other issues with this app but I cant be bothered to look further I cant honestly recommend this app until its beefed up significantly It really should have not been released into the wild in its current state I hope the developers care enough to make it right because it COULD be a sweet app Nice idea but
