It s a decently good app for pixel art but there can still be a few improvements 1 an eye dropper tool to make it easier to select colors 2 a copy and paste thing for layers Otherwise the app is fine             Pretty good Arielle Ari

I used to be around when you set an image guide you can select the colors from the image I would very much like that back It s really hard to get the exact shade you want Also when you import an image changes can be made Thank you             Miss this Option CheskaHere

Take a little time to read the directions once you memorize the functions it s very intuitive I ve used Dots to create over 40 16 bit carictures of my friends it has become an indispensible creative tool I only wish there were a few other tools a selection tool to allow the moving of only a partial section of an image and a shape tool to help you draw the outlines of rectangles and ellipses If you could increase the canvas size after starting a project that would be immensely useful too When trying to combine multiple sprites into a scene its unfortunate that it resizes the artwork instead of importing it at the pixel perfect size Maybe that should be an option                     Pixel perfect Designer Dan

I don t like the new pixelated pictures when I import them the actual picture in the background was way better and also it used to show me what colors were in the picture and now I m stuck having to guess         Why did you change it vegathavillain

Its a full app functioning app and it works amazingly but manu things can and should be added from things like a 256x256 size option when creating a new portrait to layer opacity for greater ease when creating gifs                 It s Great Nishy-kun

It s one of the best apps on the appstore I ve helped develop games by making graphics for them and since I do this I have two requests One Animations Pixel animations When creating an image under where it shows the size you want it should say like Static and Animation between which you can choose from Two Custom image sizes At the end of the different sizes you can choose there should be a button you can click to set your own dimensions Great app keep working on it                     Use this every day Dis game da best

Hands down best pixel art app but the 512x512 export size limit is terribly small given the size of phone displays Images made and exported will look fuzzy on apps like Twitter that enlarge images Otherwise perfect                 Great needs better exporting options nal1200

Love the simplicity of the user interface on this app Everything is extremely intuitive and easy to use This app only needs minor adjustments to make it perfect I only see things getting better I wish there were a button for RGB values to fine tune the sliding scale or the ability to enter hex values either way Additional custom pallets and the ability to name them would be great too neutral warm dark etc All of the included features are excellent which just makes want more                 Great Start uncle_jimmy

So I m the type to jump in with an idea then frantically scramble to make my ideas come to fruition I needed custom Minecraft heads for a youth camp but I hate having to sit down at a computer to design stuff This app was perfect I was able to design 8 heads all with 4 sides within a day and got them printed and plastered on to card board boxes You can see the results at XianXast Only thing I d like to see is an 8x8 option to make Minecrafting easier                     Helped me with Minecraft Heads HaChIrish

This review includes a tip for increasing canvas size I myself am not much of an artist but even I found myself sinking hours of time into this app It s simple to use doesn t suffer from awkward input issues except maybe drawing when I try to zoom slide but that s minor and the examples are a rather nice touch I do have a couple suggestions though I would like an easier way to store my favourite colours than just the history bar and the lack of a number input for precise selection is annoying Also what s with the tool that looks like an eyedropper I can t get it to do anything For those who want a canvas bigger than 128x128 I found a clever if awkward way to do just that The selection screen doesn t use borders so if you use two or more canvases right next to each other you can increase your maximum width to 912 and your maximum height to pretty much infinity If that size still isn t enough for you you scare me Overall the app is fun doesn t limit you and the only money you spend is up front I d say that s deserving of five stars                     Definitely worth the money KoopaConor

I absolutely adore this app Out of all of the apps on my iPod I use this one the most I love that you can choose any color imaginable I also love the moving tool All of the controls are super easy to use This is my go to app for any pixel I make The only option that I would like to have is a transparent tool I like my backgrounds to be transparent and I wish there was a tool for it but I will still give you 5 5 stars because it is my favorite app EDIT Again I have very few requests but I have one new suggestion An adjustable grid or more grid sizes would be perfect After using this app for over a month or so I realized that 128 x 128 is not big enough May I suggest maybe a maximum grid size of 500 or so Then we the user could choose any grid size below it I hope you take this into consideration Thank you very much                     Very nice This is me and me is this
