Do Camera by IFTTT

Useless if I can only add three Recipes What are you thinking Sorry Delete App     Only Three Recipes Max

Any app especially a photo app with more features than this can upload a photo to various places This would be much more useful if you could select multiple photos at once If I wanted to upload a single photo to dropbox with the push of a button Id just go to dropbox or do it straight from VSCO This is extremely limiting and takes away the whole automation benefit of IFTTT I dont see the point of this app at this time        Whats the point

This app is simple and useful I would like the option to not save new photos to my iOS photo library in the process of performing the action The apps launch time is also pretty slow Finally it would be great if I had more than three buttons because I can think of a few more automations Id like to run              Pretty good

Really there is no reason not to have this app You will likely find a great use for it if you ever do any sort of cataloging of photos or want to easily save pictures to cloud storage and not have to use space on your phone Or if you have any other repetitive task you do that involves pictures color or light I use Do Camera and the other IFTTT apps on a daily basis to make tasks that should be simple to do on a mobile device actually intuitive and simple Because lets face it managing photos on the camera role takes a bit of effort and also takes up space on your device For example when I travel for work I need to keep track of my receipts So Ive set up a Google Drive folder to store them and use Do Camera to send them there with one tap Just open the app point my camera at the receipt and snap a photo The app does the rest and I can forget about the receipt until its time to do an expense report I also have Philips Hue lights so I have a recipe that I can take a picture of anything and the lights will turn to that color This takes about 5 seconds but using the Philips Hue app is a nightmare if you want to make any changes to the individual lights                 Incredible time saver and so easy to use

as a first iteration this is a great extension to the IFTTT idea What was disappointing for me is that photos are stripped of their Geo tags Id also like to seeing more quality control settings           great but room for improvement

This app has such potential It is the only Do app from IFTTT that you can add to Notification Center So that is a plus But the three recipe limit is a bit limiting From a visual standpoint it should be 4 so that in the widget you have four recipes We dont really need the create a recipe button on the widget that already has spaces for three widgets with the plus signs when you can only create three do we But the biggest miss Lack of Instagram support In 2015 this seems to be a no brainer Please add a minimum of 4 adjust the widget to support 4 and add Instagram and this is nearly a 5 star app At minimum support adding a IFTTT recipe           Not bad not great

Love this app for its simplicity and ease of use Its great to have a picture go strait to my dropbox and not my camera roll if thats what I set The only reason for the 4 star is the lack of camera features I dont need anything fancy but a tap and hold exposurefocus lock would be great like the native iOS camera app All in all worth the download              Amazingly useful except

Very well executed app There are already a lot amount of things you can do with it but as IFTTT adds more services I see many more uses for Do Camera                 I can see the possibilities

Ok so it needs to allow more recipes but its a great app I use it every day Love it                 My new favorite app

But with the whole 3 recipe thing it limits you also like other people said add another recipe and add Instagram Nowadays most people I know use Instagram more than anything it would be a nice addition to this app           Has potential

Quick photos that go where I want them to I use DO Camera mostly for graphic design reference and progress photos It works beautifully                 Simple Effective

But it doesnt Cant even save an image to Evernote using recipe default settings Lame     Awesome if it worked

One button press to email my wife a photo and the ui animations are awesome                 it rocks

I send all the pics I take with this app to my picwork folder in Google Drive It is a fast and easy way to document work related stuff and keep it all in one place                 Simple and incredibly useful

I like the quickness and ease of using the app but how does it make sense that they keep on adding channels without letting us have more than 3 recipes Seriously if youre that committed to keeping the number small switch the buttons to squares and youll instantly have room for 6           Useful but limited

I travel every week and depend on Evernote for capturing business card to info receipts and just about everything else on paper that I want to keep This app is extremely useful for taking out the several extra steps to get into Evernote wait for it to boot up then press several buttons All I need to do is open this app and take a picture While it does not seem like much when I am running with my hair on fire between terminals and meetings it really does make a difference I would like to see them put the business card and document capability in this app like there is in Evernote I use the document setting in Evernote to capture my receipts quickly and it gets ride of all of the background noise Still a 5 star because I just need to have it work and work quickly More recipes would be nice but not a show stopper Great work                 Simple and smart

Every photo taken thru this app gets saved to servers owned by ifttt These photos all have a public URL Big privacy issue You must go in to each photo online to remove the public link There is no obvious way to ensure that photos taken thru this app are deleted from ifttt servers     Photos saved to ifttt servers by default

Great app Saves me a huge amount of time doing repetitive tasks Sending receipts to the finance dept and Evernote is done in seconds rather than minutes One click and done                 Saves a huge amount of time

Really terrific idea for an app but the camera has a very small feature set which makes it inadequate for a lot of situations like recording good decorating ideas where image quality is important If the standard functions of the iPhone camera eg panoramas zoom etc were accessible app would be truly great           Could be great but

Sure there are some recipes it doesnt support yet Sure the image quality is a bit lower than I might have thought But this takes away multiple steps I perform multiple times per day Ill be using my camera more often now that I have this app Bravo                 Brilliant

Do Camera is great I particularly enjoy the feature where I can bypass the camera roll and save photos that I dont necessarily want in my photo stream to Evernote or pocket or whatever other channel you like                 Bypass Camera Roll

All this app does is take or send a pic to email text or social media all at once So if your one of those people that document your entire day on social media Then this is for you Otherwise not worth the space on my phone Deleted     Email your own pics big deal
