I want this magazine but I always had trouble with the iPad app knowing I m a paid subscriber Refused to download new issues And didn t auto renew my subscription even though I had that option turned on So I gave up with them All my other six subscriptions work fine I gave it two stars because it s a decent pro magazine but just no luck getting it to work consistently         Problems ShooterSteve77

Since i paid for the subscription I was able to download the free issue during the trial period and have not seen nor been able to download the December issue I contacted the developer and the iTunes Store to get the issue resolved The developer responded with a series of steps that didn t work and have tried several times as instructed while iTunes Store is no help at all their solution is to contact the developer The developer says iTunes is slow to respond In the end I was charged for a year subscription that I can t get Unless you have nothing better Tamar you can do with your money Don t waste your money Kit me to contact the Credit Card company to submit a dispute     Don t waste your money ckanell

December issue has been on newsstands for at least 2 weeks but does not appear in available issue list FAQ states that they are working on the issue but it s frustrating     No current issue doc_ofthebay
