Digital Juice Fail     Never Loads Store

This is not a great way begin the year for Digital Juice which has recently completely revamped their business model Because not only does their app crash constantly but their method of selling is completely devious and deceitful They now advertise themselves as being The Netflix of creative content Except for one little problem The analogy is only true in the most remote sense Yes you can stream content from their site But youve been able to download content from their website for years In fact instead of having the option to either download or have a physical copy you are now limited to only ONE option downloading But you may say well Thats fine with me At least I can get what I need immediately right After all Netflix offers everything ondemand so Digital juice must do that too right And thats where youd be sadly mistaken Unlike Netflix which allows you to watch programming 247 31 days a month Digital Juice puts a cap on how much you can download A mere 15 Gigs and then they cut you off Now if you scroll down their homepage which talks about all the great stuff you get for signing up for 500 you wont find a SINGLE mention of this limitation You can scroll through literally hundreds and hundreds of stores showing you all they offer But they never even HINT that its not at all like Netflix in that regard Yes for ten dollars a month you can buy a whopping 5 GB more per month but whoop de doo They also never mention that they have a subscription plan on TOP of the supposedly Premium plan you just purchased If like me you used to sometimes buy 10 or so of their Editors Themekits at one time and have them delivered the next day for about 100 you would now have to wait FIVE MONTHS to download the equivalent amount And even if you buy the subscription youd still have to wait 4 months to have access to what you used to be able to get the next day Not only does Netflix not have a cap on data they also allow you to stream video on up to 5 devices simultaneously But if you try to download from even TWO devices at the same time in order to speed up the process The Juicer will cut off one of those downloads instantly As far as Im concerned all the good will Ive had for this company over the last ten years has totally evaporated with their slimy and sneaky sales tactics They are just like all the shoddy companies who claim they are The Nordstrom of our industry while giving terrible service And now they claim to be The Netflix of creative content while placing all sorts of hidden caps and limitations on their customers And now to top it off their iPad version of The Juicer crashes every single time you open it Just like adobe infuriated their longtime customers by forcing them into a lame subscription model and outright lying to them about how its really in their best interest now Digital juice a formerly reputable company uses very shady sales techniques and outright lies to dupe their loyal customers into signing up And if you believe that its only for the first 2500 who sign up then Virgin Galactic has a nice shiny rocket lying somewhere in Death Valley they would like to sell you     Crashes Instantly Everytime

This is a very smooth and quick way to browse everything that Digital Juice offers on their subscription service I can even signal my computer to download the media after I purchase it I can browse for a file at lunch and when I get back home its waiting for me The negative reviews here are for people trying to use it without a subscription Ignore those if you are a subscriber founding members for now                 App is amazing tool for Digital Juice Subscribers

Been trying to connect for days     iPad App doesnt connect to servers

UPDATE 724 Well tried to again download and sign in to the account to no avail So I tried to sign in online and it brought me to a page that said my account is not set up for subscriptions therefor I cannot access this page This leads me to believe the app is only for the new subscription based customers not everyone like the info on the app page states The info states Sign in to your existing account Existing not subscription based Come on guys You developed this app isnt anyone reading these reviews to respond to the problems listed here with negative comments Dont you care you app has such low reviews Correct the wording so people know what they are getting or not getting Same deal as already mentioned it wont log me in I tried with my userpassword that I know and then tried pw reset Nothings working Please fix so we can actually use the app     No Log In

I tried everything the above user tried I can log in to the website but not on IPad Im only giving this one star because I cant submit my review without it a least 1 star How can I rate something I cant use If this app is only for subscription holders then it should clearly state that Or at the very least mention it     DITTO Cant Log In

I know sounds like user error right Well I reset my password checked my login info with a positive login on the website and still cant get in The only thing I can think of is that the app will only log in Founding Members but there is no mention of that in the error message        Wont log me in

The new Digital Juice had some stability issues at first but they were launching an entirely new kind of business model They have worked those bugs out The new subscription based model was something I was apprehensive of at first but I have come to love it The previous reviewer talks about buying ten ETKs and having them delivered the next day That is a huge amount of content and they surely couldnt possibly use all it at once I am a voracious user of DJ products and their download limit has never affected me one bit Ive never ever had to buy the extra I buy what I need period If you are someone who is trying to pay ten bucks for one month and download the entire juice catalog thats not going to happen Nor should it The pervious reviewer calls the new juice slimy and sneaky but its people who try to buck the system that are slimy and sneaky The new juice is stable well designed and an incredible incredible value I am a founding member and I promise you my subscription has already more than paid for itself over and over again                 Dont believe the one review written here

You have to be a Digital Juice member on the new subscription based model Nothing wrong with that it clearly outlines that before you download this app Honestly it works better than the Mac version of the app The scrolling is so smooth Only had 1 bug so far and the support was great fixing it                 Works amazing
