Worth every penny Ive been using Panic apps for years and this is no exception to their history of great software Does everything I need and the more I use it the more I learn it does and Im sure itll keep surprising me                 Great App

This is an awesome tool Really makes me think of my iPhone as a much more functional device than I had previously considered it                 Brilliant

The app is beautiful and easy to navigate figure out The syntax highlighting misses some methods when it comes to Ruby It plain does not recognize the methods The terminal does not run rb code They should specify Rails rather than Ruby support as it seems to be the case 15 1 star for syntax highlighting yay and it shall remain that way until we get FULL Ruby support like they claim     No Full Ruby support

Ive been hoping for something like this for a while Its so cool to be able to code on my iPad In the future it would be awesome if Xcode had an iOS version that worked like this app                 Truly awesome Glimpse at future for iPad

Coda is a great web editor in Mac now it is that great in iOS                 Great Web Editor

Its a must have for every coderprogrammer Specially if you do remote working sometimes I cant bring my laptop to some places and Coda its always in my pocket                 Excellent app

Theyll support Amazon S3 but not Dropbox There must be a reason Wish I knew what it was Works fine on my other projects that live on servers accessible by ftp though              No Dropbox support

Panic is known for quality design and this app is another testimony to their style I use Coda on my Mac almost every day and now I can use it from my iPhone as well Brilliant                 Love it so far

Great app but why would you leave Dropbox out and include Amazon S3              No Dropbox

Its hard to believe how good this app is Get it                 SO GOOD

Would love to see MySQL editor like the desktop version I use that so heavily           Much better Missing MySQL

I keep all my work in Dropbox and github Ill have to setup an ftp proxy so that can access my Dropbox files     Looks good but no Dropbox support

I opted for the full Coda for iOS instead of prompt because the Panic site says it has a full version of prompt inside Being a network engineer it would be nice to just use the ssh and telnet terminal feature to administer a router This isnt possible with telnet and can only be done with SSH if you setup the router as an SFTP server first Update its a great app for what it does It is an impressive tool just doesnt fully replace Prompt              A little misleading

It is insane to me that Panic has managed to fit a full featured web development kit into an iPhone app You can legitimately create and manage sites in iOS And in the most gorgeous way imaginable While any given function may have existed in some app before most of them are clunky and without functionality between different apps real web dev just wasnt possible Now it is                 Wow Full web development on iPhone

This app is really cool I love being able to take my project on the road and not have to use my laptop I also like that if I want to just sit down and work on it at the house I can pull my iPad out and again use it instead of my laptop Works great on my iPhone 6 plus too                 Awesome

The only things Ive noticed missing from the desktop version are findreplace in all open documents an SQL view and source control But theres nothing else like it and its essential to own if you do any web development and also own an iOS device                 Amazing

Props to Panic for taking care of their customers This update rules 10 stars                 Awesome

They didnt update the keyboard at all so you have to touch the numbers button then the math symbols button just to add brackets Every time you add an HTML element you have to do this Textastic has a coders keyboard and all those symbols are one touch away They need to do more work on their UX before this is an actual coding tool Till then sticking with Textastic           Needs Coding Keyboard

The user interaction design and the use of icons are so confusing           UI Design

What else would you expect from the stellar team at Panic Great support and an always improving feature set Well done                 Simply the best

All I can say is wow Fantastic app which covers all of my dev needs I still cant get over how smooth sftp file navigation is This is an app thats in a league of its own Bravo I have two feature requests 1 ssh proxy commandstartup command I dont know how feasible this is with the file protocols but I currently want to get to a machine that involves an extra ssh hop I was achieving this in prompt with the ssh startup command 2 git support Would love to know statuses and commits I know I can do this in the terminal but it would be cool to integrate it into the file managereditor Once again just a fantastic application Im really blown away                 Extraordinary

Only Panic can build a full fledged text editor and make it just as simple and enjoyable as a desktop app Thanks Panicnauts                 Amazeballs

Pretty much any coding language is here The only thing I hoped for was for a live preview for Swift instead of just a preview for the web coders              Great Coding App

Luckily I had a chance to beta test the app It really is amazing for IOS What I think would be great for this revision is fix the preview in browser cache bug I repeatedly have to close the file then reopen to see changes and a must is adding support for javascript frameworks with custom routing Kinda works now sometimes I have to close the index to get it to work again Thanks Panic Super step in the right direction keep going              amazing update but

Pretty please with a cherry on top I cant use this without a SASS compiler because it is too irritating having to input every last semicolon and squiggly bracket using the iOS keyboard                 Implement SASS compiler

I am a big user of Coda 2 on Mac When it comes to writing code on the go and on my iPad I heavily rely on Textastic Now that Coda has released the new Coda I am leaning towards Coda as my go to Text editor for iPad I love how easy it is to use Its very clean and elegant Its fast and seems to work just fine I will post a review after 30 days                 Major Improvement and now one of the best code editors

I use Coda on my Mac daily and bought Diet Coda as soon as it hit iPad Not only has Panic refreshes the UI smoothed out the workflow and squashed some bugs but theyve brought it to iPhone for free Wow Thanks a lot Panic you guys rock Very impressed and appreciative                 Great desktop and iPad app now on iPhone

The text editor lacks features Very basic C Visual Studio intelligense features would be nice        bug report ssh unusable

Coda is a polished app designed primarily for web developers The editor functionality is nice but it doesnt have all the bells and whistles found in specialized text editor apps such as Textastic Furthermore it doesnt have Dropbox support and help documents are not embedded in the app I could not find how to turn on spell checking In other words this doesnt replace my existing code text and markdown editors But I will use it for its excellent web development functionality              Excellent for web development not a text editor replacement
