Its not the complete DSM Just the criteria buyer beware Read the title carefully

Are you planning to update this app to the newest version DSM5 update

For 47 I would think that this would be complete There are no NOS criteria nor the differential dx that you would read in the paper version I was really hoping that this would be better than it was Not enough info

Reviewers complaining that the app is not the full DSM have obviously not read the description and title which specifically state this is a companion to the DSMIVTR that includes the criteria This app is still cheaper than the paperback version of the desk reference to DSM Just what it says it is

I dont know about you but I bought the hard cover addition of the DSM IV TR and it was only 10 dollars more than this app Also how can you diagnose accurately if you do not know what the differential diagnoses are I dont know about you but I am not that arrogant that I would just go with something I think is right instead of fully and accurately diagnosing someone Which affects their over all health and medication dosage and scripts DSM
