Even if I only get deeply relaxed while Glenn says good things to me that would be fine but I genuinely am more confident and happier I use the app after a hot shower and about 25 mins of yoga so i get very deeply relaxed The whole process is magical and feels great I enjoy the heck out of this app Dr. McPickle
