would you please update the icon It looks straight out of iOS 4 I love the functionality this app provides but the icon doesnt fit the vibe in iOS 7 its distractingly tacky and outdated                 GREAT app but

It works beautifully from inside the network I didnt even have to configure the servers because it found them automatically It doesnt seem to work from outside the network using a VPN connection though I submitted a support request three days ago and havent had a response except for the automated confirmation           It works but

This App is fantastic I use it to connect to my Mac Mini Computer where Ive got my extensive Music library stored The Mac Mini is now a music server that I can control with my iPad using the Desktop Connect app                 Great App

I love this app It could be more intuitive In the past I used an app that required a lot of setup The good thing is that almost all cases the app found the Remote Desktop and made the connection itself The only issue is it is short on functionality              Very good

I use this to access computer on corporate network I also use it to access my Mac minis works like a charm              Excellent app does what I need every time

My Win7 laptop wont connect to my iPad2 using this SW I think its because for some reason this app requires Gmail at least thats what it complains about when the connections fail At any rate Im not going to screw around debugging it apps are just suppose to work right     Doesnt work without Gmail

AAThis one does RDP and VNC just fine Connect to any Mac Windows or Linux box quickly and easily Good controls including 2nd mouse button clicks Only thing I wish it had was SSH support as well There are some display bugs due to iOS 7 status bar on top of tool bar Doesnt affect performance just appearance If you can live with that this is a good product           Gets the job done

While it was used to work in iOS 6 just fine doesnt do anything in iOS 7 but to take you AppStore and open google hangout tab Even if you have google hangout on your device and it is signed in does not make any difference Absolutely dead as doorknob Very disappointed Im switching back to Ignition     Absolutely useless in iOS 7

It seems to have a lot bells and whistles but as an IT professional I find this program dated It doesnt support remote desktop gateway servers and you cant sort or reorder the entries This program lives in a paradox the casual user will never use most of these bells and it doesnt support the things that a serious pro needs Try going through a list of forty or so when trying to give tech support or having to connect to a VPN to reach internal servers for lack of gateway server support           Dated

I have used this software for a couple of years now And it is good I like it I use it on both Macs and PCs and I found it be greatly useful And is well worth the 10 that I initially paid for it                 Good Remote Desktop software

Desktop Connect is a good full featured VNC and RDP app Even better you can install a desktop app called Easy Connect that takes out the hassle of activating RDP and remembering your IP address Several different control schemes to use which is nice Worth the money if you need to work on a desktop away from home                 Great Remote Connection App

Within a few seconds of opening the app it opens the App Store and takes you to the page for the Google Hangouts app App is useless if this continues Was working in previous versions of iOS     Doesnt work in iOS 7

A new update for this app is essential if its to every be useful again Until now it worked as advertised no longer     No longer functions via Gmail after iOS7 upgrade

I just got a Zagg keyboard cover for my iPad air and when I launch Desktop Connect and try to type using the keyboard it sometime doesnt work At other times it does and I havent figured out the reason for the inconsistency This isnt a problem with the keyboard since it works consistently for all other iPad uses           Works unreliably with Bluetooth keyboard

This app is awesome Been using it for over 2 years Anyone who says it is junk does not know what they are talking about I use this connect to macs PCs and Linux boxes running VNC Would never be without it                 One of the best

Was fine until I updated my iPad and iOS Now I can generally see the Remote Desktop but there are keyboard problems and they no longer respond to tech support requests Perhaps they have stopped supporting it        Used to work

When I try to login it switches to the Google Hangouts page on the App Store Downloading Hangouts and logging in there does not fix the problem     Cant login to Google account on iPhone

The responses are far from instantaneous There is a lag of several seconds between any movement making it almost useless        So slow

Ive used this app for 4 years now and I love it But ios8 has completely rendered it useless I have ios 802 on my iPhone 6 and it crashed the app about 1234 of the time I try to remote into anything Once it finally logs into my Mac or pc and click on anything it will open the program but the app wont refresh on the iPhone If I close the app and reopen it I can view what I previously did On my iPad I have iOS version 712 and it works perfect Please fix this        Needs an update

Stopped working for me after upgrading my iPad to iOS 8 but once I upgraded my Mac to Yosemite it has begun working well again              Working fine in iOS 8 and Yosemite now

Before leaving on my trip I spent hours trying to get this app to work Even my very technically minded husband struggled with configuration We thought we had FINALLY gotten things to work with bt my computer and my iPad So I left my computer at home and am now unable to connect to it This was an expensive app and now I am having to spend money on another one and asking my husband to set it up on my laptop at home Its surprising to see high ratings for this app Perhaps I am in the minority but wow this is a bad result for a 15 app     disappointing

I got iOS 7 and the easy connect does not work It keeps on going to google hangouts     Does not work

This is a great app I use it to troubleshoot my clients PCs all the time Without even having to get out of bed Im making money when they call me during their computer emergencies One major problem Ive run into is the less than stellar compatibility with Lions multitouch gestures For example using two fingers to scroll works backwards and the performance is clunky at best And you cant threefinger swipe from full screen app to app or desktop Etcetera Id also like to request a function Id like to be able to copy and paste between the remote machine and my iPad I thought I read it was capable of this before I downloaded and started using it but Ive never figured out how if it IS possible Overall this is a great app and I use it daily so dont let the complaints fool you Its a great app with some room for improvement              OSX Lion Gesture Support

I loved this app when I first started using it Worked well and was easy Since iOS 7 came out however it is frustrating and inefficient A third of my screen goes black every 15 seconds or so I have to stop what Im doing click elsewhere to get the screen back and then go back to work Using this app now makes projects take 23 times as long     App is buggy in iOS 7

I used to use this to control music on my Mac Mini It has stopped working it will not connect to the computer There was no real set up involved when I first started using it I looked at the help but it is cryptic at best No response to emails to support This is an expensive app so buyer beware     Stopped working
