Just ok Made adjustments over and over I still like iHear better Ok
Conceptually this app sounds great but I could never get the tinnitus masker to work properly in hearing aid mode there was no volume and the app drives the user toward blind inapp feature purchases where the cost is not revealed Scam

From reading the other reviews I have to guess the reviewers didnt follow the set up video So watch it If you hear an overly loud noise you are not setting the app properly Before trying it out you must set it to match your hearing profile Just like an audiologist matches a hearing aid to your ears So Pull each frequency slider down until you can just barely faintly hear the tone Once you set it up properly it works But it has bugs It crashes when I touch the setting gear icon That may be because I have not updated past OS 511 because the newer iPhone updates stink btw I tried Sound Amp R and when this app is working it sounds better If the author fixes the bugs this will be a really great app Best EQ like audiologist but buggy
The masker plays a tone but it fades in and out about once a second It isnt continuous So its useless Trying to change settings will initiate an in app purchase So be careful This was a waste of 200 Tinnitus masker does not work

Warning this app is a scam It does not work it makes very louder than expected noise that could damage your ears The app has a inapppurchase nag that repeatedly trys to make a purchase How did this app make it into the app store Apple needs to ban this app and do a better job of protecting their customers from junk apps like this Not worthy of even one star Do not buy This app could damage your hearing
Suddenly tries to get you to purchase instore app by selecting an option in settings Had to get out of app and delete Beware
This be an OK app but I never found out Once installed I began to test it and nearly everything I tapped on pops up a button to buy the program for 799 So I could not even preview the app functions A time limited demo would be much more effective I deleted the app within 10 minutes of installation I do not recommend unless this approach is changed Useless
