Don t bother spending the extra 100 for the talking head s commentary The app is OK for the most part and very primitive in some areas The illustrations could really stand improvement but some of the animations like those taken directly from Nobel Biocare are very good Tech support is non existent in my experience with it I have written several times requesting improvements and making suggestions for added content and haven t ever gotten the slightest reply from Kick Your Apps I even tried calling on several occasions but no one ever answers the phone there Updates are frequent but they never state exactly what was added or updated All that is offered is update to some content Overall the app has been helpful in getting the truly unable to grasp a concept patient understand what you are proposing for them I paid extra for Homoly s content but it s worthless unless you are a truly communication challenged dentist Any dentist with a shred of common sense already knows this stuff or has read it already in some throw away journal article written by a dental practice consultant I guess I was hoping there was something new under the sun but it s all the same old same old of helping the patient take ownership of their problem advice we all know already             Not worth the 100 extra Dr. Kirk

The app is great and the pictures are very easy for the patients to understand when they understand their problem they are much more accepting of treatment But the real jewel is the team behind the app their customer support is 2nd to none I have had a couple of glitches and they have been right there to help Congrats DDS GP team Especially Tracy You have an awesome product Keep up the good work                     WELL worth the investment Griff217
