This online deposit is SO much quicker than the web version On the web version it takes me about 20 minutes to do the deposit with the cutting and cropping and scanning and sizing and signing endorsing didnt even fit there was too much And occasionally rejected because the check had a watermark This sign snap accepted                 Oh yes yes I say yes

DCU Bill pay service is good you can pay bills on fly with one click I am using DCU deposit lot of times with out going to branch I was looking Bill Pay service on Mobile and iPad since long time finally DCU blessed their customers                 Excellent

Weird this app wont let me install but allow me to open it in the App Store     Cant install

Needs bill payer Still have to use safari to do that Linksforms in the messages area dont work Have to use safari for that too Interface is funny in portrait mode Text on some screens is too small to read They tried to do a mail app style of functionality Missed the target for portrait mode Just use landscape mode Otherwise finally happy to have a nonHTML interface to at least browse accounts deposit checks and transfer cash           Bill payer Funny interface

IF ITS NOT BROKEN DONT FIX I have a smartphone no problem at all since the change I cant access my account from phone anymore something to do with new app development that I cant download new updated app and it is so aggravating why why why why did you update who needs to see balances on front page anyway I called tech support and it is not my phone its something to do with new app PLEASE MAKE AN UPDATE I cant be the only one having trouble again if it aint broke dont fix it very upset I cant access my account since the update     REALLY NOT HAPPY

The app is really nice I love the deposit feature This is what is missing in the app credit card statement balance when I click on transfers for credit card instead of me putting in numbers it will be really easy to use if you present a popover on the side which prompts statement balance and minimum payment due and functionality to delete message from the message tab I have to use my laptop is to delete message It will be really nice to have my credit card statement Nice app                 Cant see statement balance

I can do everything I do in web app but transferring from checkingsavings to mortgage           Almost OK

I love the convenience of this app use it frequently Only issue is setting date for bill pay the dial is off centered n I cant swipe to change date Please fix              Love it just 1 thing

App looks greatbut all figures in my account are appearing in Rs that is Indian currently My account has dollars in it please correct it asap              Why are all figures in my acount appearing in Rs

I wanted this app in order to deposit checks remotely great concept But every time I try to select an account during the deposit process the app freezes Im using an iPad mini with IOS 81        Deposits Crash

This app has improved steadily since I first stated using it in 2013 Stability has never been an issue but its features like electronic check deposit that are finally practical and awesome to use previously it would take several tries to get the app to accept most checks Now you login choose deposit and can then snap photos of the front and back of the check If your iPad is a 3rd gen or newer or iPhone 4s or newer the built in camera is sharp enough for the DCU app to read the MICR numbers at the bottom of the check image Now that this feature works consistently I hardly ever visit the bank I mean car loans are for fools right Also does the basics like viewing account balances transaction history and transferring between multiple DCU accounts but not transfers to outside the bank Finally as others have pointed out there is no fingerprint reader support for those with a new iPhone or iPad Air 2              Much better than the most small bank apps

But the lack of bill payer means using a browser to access DCU for most sessions           Ok for what it is

DCU needs to work on app and website for iPads None of my payees carry over to the app so I can only pay bills from the website but that doesnt work from iPad either and I have to go to my laptop Never mind why do I have to request to be approved for deposits Seriously I want to add money this shouldnt be an issue yet Im waiting 3 days now for the ok to be able to deposit on the go Very disappointed     Disappointed

I use several other banking apps but this one is by far the BEST I also love that DCU built this specifically for iPad to utilize the large screen size great job DCU tech team keep up the good work                 Best banking app

App is stable and never crashes or hangs Had some hanging problems with an earlier version but those are gone now Have used on both an iPad 4 and iPhone 4S Missing a few features compared to their full blown web site but 95 of functions are present Updates keep adding functionality Love the ability to take pictures of checks and have them directly deposited that same day                 Works Great on iPad iPhone

Awesome app Please add the ability to delete messages from the inbox Also the app closes when I attempt to select Bill Payer icon                 Great app

This app for the iPad is great Adding the capability for bill pay to it would move the rating to 5 stars and would eliminate the need to go through the web browser altogether Please add this functionality to the app              Almost there

Disappointed Depositing a check using this app is a challenge     Not user friendly

This app is horrible Every time I try to deposit a check if either tells me I have not cropped it properly and have to retake the picture 75 times or the app crashes every time you take a picture This app would be so convenient so you dont have to go to the bank all the time but when it crashes time and time and time again it doesnt make it worth it     Crashes constantly

Everything works fine but you cannot see a mortgage loan held by the bank That would be very useful              Ok but cannot see mortgage loan

They update tried to address the online deposit but now the pics are too light and none of my deposits are accepted The iphone app works better than the ipad app Everything is great except the deposit     Horrible

It is working perfect I can easily deposit money to my account using this app                 Awesome App
