Daylite 5

Ive been using DayLite on my Mac for years amazing application Their mobile app has just taken everything to the next level Well done guys                 Best CRM in the market

Works good but would be great if the app would be updated more often IOS 8 has been out for months and no integration with the new Notification Center widgets              Works good but

Daylite has put it together better than anyone I have seen I am able to manager my contacts customers and prospects with ease as well as engage David Allens productivity model so all my projects and tasks are managed and finally sync my google calendar with Daylite so that I can have it all in ONE Place I can also connect my emails back to my contacts with the Desktop The Iphone App allows me to bring most of this on the road with me too Before I would go between a cloud based CRM my Ical and Omnifocus to manage all of this Now my business development and client management is in one place Thank you MarketCircle                 Fit My Needs The Holy Grail

Still the best CRM for mac this iphone app is more powerful than any other crm including sales force The ease of access to features has improved in this version still would like their task section to be the same on desktop and this appdifferent layouts The new flat trend may seem clean at first but it provides very little clarity now on the home page Sad because in dL4 the grey look with simple appointment list was its best asset they could have kept the easy on the eyes and mind DL4 appearance and just offered font sizes if ppl wanted a bigger font Our team finds the home screen stressful now There is no update 6 months laterbut Daylite is still the best informational app for business maybe one day we can hope for an Evernote style interface for notes or better yet a way to link to resources within the app itselfbut we arent holding our breath Until then we are seeking Daylite and continuing to be in control with marketcircles Daylite 5              Still the best but can we get a today extension for Apple iOS main screen

Ive been using Daylite for 5yrs now and this is probably the best iOS update yet Just having Spotlight search on home page makes the update worth it Ive been asking for this for a couple years now and it makes my workflow so much quicker Thanks                 Great update

I really love daylite and havent found anything comparable to replace it as a crm and project manager That being said it would be so nice if we could see native extensions for daylite like many other new apps I would like to see daylite actions in launch center and IFTTT better caldav syncing with reminders to enable siri usage notification center integration Icloud and dropbox integration and evernote and devonthink integration I know marketcircle claims that they are concerned with security but they should let us decide how big that rusk actually is If daylite could learn to play nice with others I can see it transcending out of its current small niche and becoming more ubiquitous and perhaps even cheaper Daylite is definitely an amazing crm but unfortunately it can be inconvenient in a rush           Please make Daylite play nice with other apps

Daylite is a great option if you will only be sitting at your Mac all day If you are looking at the IPad app you likely wish to access your information on it Be aware that you may not be able to reliably sync all information Ie One of my contacts with over 300 DMA additions would sync only 13 of them In v4 Marketcircle was never able to resolve the problem Technical support was caring and responsive but just unable to identify and resolve the problem Marketcircle has already acknowledged it is essentially the same engine and therefore cannot guarantee the same problem will not happen again Initial testing suggests their assessment was an honest one        Sync problems unreliable in transferring information

Daylite is a VERY good CRM application However the iOS app went backwards in design from version 4 there are no customization options and version 5 somehow managed to dull out an infinitely colorful retina display Even the Mac version which is a necessary part of the program suffers some of the negatives of the iOS version albeit to a lesser degree If function were placed above form this would have been a much better review        The best of its kind but ugly

The app serves amazing functions in the work life Please focus on the search engine as it is not very reliable and second please please please work on server reliability and speed Theres no app without a dependable cloud as well if you cant search for stuff The ease of seeing a lot of data in context is the necessity many are looking for in apps like these           Great app Needs work under the hood

Have been using Daylite CRM system for two years It is flawless effective and I cant imagine life without it                 Flawless

Ive been using Daylite since 2007 and have been pleased with the software and Marketcircle the company Each new version currently 50 has increased functionality and new features are added The integration with Apple Mail is flawless and third party add ons like Direct Mail make DL 5 the perfect CRM and marketing tool for small business on Mac computers On the rare occasion when I need to contact tech support vie email response time is fast and solutions are easy to implement I like the fact that my database is local BUT I am able to access it via my iPhone or iPad Everything about Daylite just works Thank you Marketcircle                 Best CRM for Mac that keeps getting better

Horrible Doesnt even connect between iPhone and Mac     Cool CRM software that does NOT work

I have nothing but praise for tech support They have responded quickly and solved seemingly unresolvable problems by never giving up until its fixed I have used this since version 3 for several years It is a complex and endlessly capable piece of software that does what no other contactcalendar program can do in OS X It works with CardDav and CalDav Any issues with synching really have more to do with Apples still evolving capabilities in this area and less a Daylite problem If you need to save all contact points with individuals or companies including emails calls projects and organizational relationships for each contact then I highly recommend Daylite desktop with iOS                 Powerful iOS and Desktop CRM

I run my own small law firm and Daylite as well as Billings their time management and invoicing app are the best out there for the Mac I have used the app for the last seven years and it has been a godsend for managing all of my cases and keeping emails calendar events and contacts linked to each case The iPhone app keeps getting better One thing that would be amazing is if Marketcircle could find a way for emails to be saved and linked to projects on iOS This is mainly a limitation of the operating system unless they updated the app to serve as its own email client                 Best project management app for the Mac

Im updating my review because its not fair that the developer cant defend themselves against reviewers that are being disingenuous I doubt that the negative reviewers have taken the time to use Daylite long enough to give a fair assessment of what it can and cannot do I use Daylite everyday and Ive never had a problem Everything syncs fine Syncing technology is very complex to begin with let alone for an app like Daylite with so many features Daylite is made for the Mac user that likes to work on a Mac and not in a web browser With the exception Outlook you will not find a CRM like it for the Mac                 The CRM that lets you work on your Mac and not in a web browser

Daylite is just an awesome App The computer app is excellent and the iPhone interface is even smoother Such a great way to keep our team interconnected without anything falling through the cracks The support is topnotch Folks at Daylite have worked with me TIRELESSLY on issues trying to make sure I got them resolved and we have yet to find a problem or issue or hiccup that support couldnt find a way to get past or work with me to fix I love the application and wish I hadnt switched away from it so many years ago only to come back 5 years later after trying nearly every other CRM and database out there for real estate and not being able to find a better option                 Absolutely love Daylite

I have been relying on Daylite for almost a year and I love it I use it for nonprofit missionary work to manage donations and donor histories The iOS app is a great addition to the standard desktop app It allows me to access my info from anywhere Thats essential for my work both here in the United States and when Im travelings in Central America Excellent product                 Great productivity tool for iPhone and Mac

This is hands down the best customer relationship management solution available for any computer platform or mobile device It syncs your todo lists appointments projects companies etc with each client in your database And it does it automatically To get full use of this program you must have Daylite installed on your Mac Using it on just you iPhone or iPad has little benefit Most of the engineering happens on you Mac and then syncs to your handheld This solution is not cheap But there is no other program that has the same functionality I have tried them all                 The Best of Its Kind

Does not sync on background as advertised what it does is a sync at logging I ask the question before upgrading and the answer was not clear the new design does not justify the 50 charges for the upgrade              The best CRM for Mac

First I want to say that Daylite on the Desktop version is a great piece of software and I love using it However I feel the iOS version is sad by comparison The GUI is cluttered and not at all up to the standards they have in the desktop version I cant say it doesnt function as it does but finding my information is an exercise in patience As I said I am a great Daylite fan but they fail to realize that the reason there are so few reviews is because most of their business users will just not take the time to give them feedback Using Swift I am sure they can easily make this a 5Star piece of software As mentioned its a GUI issue not a functionality issue Please Marketcircle take the Apple design manner to hear Make the interface as intuitive and uncluttered as possible and they will come        Desktop version is great iOS version bad GUI and not intuitive

The desktop is the home database All of your data there is in 4pt font You will need reading glasses Font size cannot be adjusted On the iPad fonts are easily readable Very customizable Setup can get complicated because the result can be exactly what you want to manage customer lists projects schedules pipelines etc              Great IOS only issue is desktop
