Initially had an issue with books appearing in my bookshelf but after reinstall and log in this has been resolved Great onthego access to print titles              Onthego access to print titles

I have emailed tech support and put in a support ticket over 3 weeks ago and I have received NO response This app is NOT working When I log in to my account it does not download my books I have updated to the latest version removed it and reinstalled it and NOTHING APP NEEDS SOME SERIOUS WORK AND SO DOES THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE     DOES NOT WORK

The app is nice but with the hrs I spend in from of the success series books I doubt ill be spending all of it with this app open Though I do like the notion that I can add notes to highlighted sections of text within this app To developers future reference Id much prefer that you develop universal apps Youre a publishing company and have the resources to do this If its a question of cost just charge retail book price for the success series should you decide to develop them Id knowingly and willing buy them if universal But dont charge twice just for the sake of doing so I tend to avoid buying your apps for that reason alone but do own 2 of them but just use blown up iPod versions on the iPad Something else this app could use interactive quizzes for the texts that contain them Far better than flipping back and forth through an endless PDF And if you get so far as that Historical data for informatics on content retention If not just outsource the work to the folks over at Inkling they do an immaculate job at content creation that enhances the value and retention factor of the written word wish there werent so many publishers kind of a hassle managing to figure out which ones I have accounts with then which ones I purchased digital content from But more immediately please fix all of the broken apps that you have on the App Store and update them to iOS 7 both in look and function maybe make them universal                 Very nice change of pace for Davis

App does not work No books download from locker Waste of time I submitted a ticket and they said the problem was fixed and closed it out but still doesnt work     No books

I can only access the first 10 pages of Fundamentals of Nursing on my iPad while connected to wifi 10 pages doesnt get you through the preface I can access my whole digital text purchased separately on my desktop But what is the point of that My heavy textbook is also at my house What I need from this app is at least one of two things 1 I need to be able to access the entire digital version of my textbook with internet access on my iPad And or 2 I need to be able to make a couple chapters available offline on my iPad so that I can quickly access those chapters while on campus without having to depend on wifi If I cannot make either or both of these things happen by the end of this weekend I will be furious if I do not get a refund for the digital textbook I purchased I do not have time to try and figure all this stuff out due to this companys lack of organization and development of this app Please get your stuff together FA DavisDavis Plus     Horrible

Im not certain I should even add to the list of not working Reviews this app has received but if we as students dont make our voice heard how will these publishers ever be pressed to resolve these issues Bottom line the app installs fine but none of my titles download to the bookshelf I cam access the PDF version of my texts on a computer but no on my iPad nor iPhone 6 Beyond disappointing     Pathetic Resource

App continues to crash I have read 4 FOUR pages and it has crashed 5 times I enjoy ebooks and thought this would be a valuable resource but it is not worth the time it takes to open the app back up and continue on where I was FIX THIS     Terrible
