App does not have way to go back to the main menus of different monthly issues As it stands you are stuck to one issue only     App does not work with iOS 11 Joey0503

Once you enter one issue from the full list there is no way to close it in any reasonable way The only solution is to reinstall the app     Unusable slavi000

The app works fine and is reliable but you can only use it in portrait orientation It d be nice if you could see two pages side by side on landscape for those two page photos Also can you add the ability to send bookmarks to iCloud or some other storage If you get a new iPad all the bookmarks have to be redone             Landscape view please thecorporal

My only problem is that the app doesn t allow landscape view so if a photo is on two pages you cannot see the whole image at once             Good app craigo298er

When i initially downloaded this app two years ago the network timeout was very low and the server speed couldn t accommodate their timeout period The download would never finish cuz it would constantly time out Needless to say I couldn t even download one mag until they fixed this problem months later Customer service responds with standard emails they send to everyone with problems I sent them an email highlighting the problems only to receive a generic solution using the same steps i had mentioned i already tried This hold true to this day Since the recent upgrade for iOS 8 this app is blank unusable and won t load anything when clicked just a completely blank screen Not only did contacting them not resolve my issue but instead of utilizing my user feedback for development they sent me a generic email telling me to try everything i had just mentioned to them No customer service once so ever Bonnier may have been a good company at one point but they made a mistake using a separate company for their ezines Shame that a long time subscriber and huge fan of their magazine content is so fed up that i will make sure apple and iOS users know of this scam application Don t get played like I did Warning This is an illegal scam of an application Do not download     DO NOT DL Razima32

Crap app The app will not recognize my digital subscription Knows I have a subscription as it shows the ones I managed to get to download still available to me But nothing downloads any more Email to app support at bonnier go unanswered On the bright side emails to the subscription service 3 days later were answered immediately and after two years I asked they cancel my subscription Do not get how these media companies can be so include mpetent     Don t bother inept at digital content Bally1754

I ve been getting this notification since that last great update and as a subscriber cannot read any issue of Cycle World now because there s nothing loads and tons of nothing in the app Tried to Restore Purchases and nothing happened then I saw the sign in button and tried to sign in despite that I don t recall ever creating a Cycle World account I remember paying for subscription and simply started to read this helpful and entertaining mag Nothing continued to happen none of the email addresses currently in use and could have been made a Cycle World account if it ever existed are able to sign in with I did not deny the existence of the possibly imaginary account to myself and went on to touch the manage your password button The return of nothing I pushed and smashed the button on my iPad s screen but it goes to nowhere except flickering a little bit while in contact with my finger Lucky me the iPhone app s manage your password button has its own sense of duty so I was being triumphantly directed to the request password button Nothing rides again all my email addresses are no part of any existing Cycle World account including my Apple account s email Experimentally pressed subscribe and I was told that I m already subscribed Finally I reinstalled the iPhone app in hope that everything would be fine again son of nothing I m an international reader of your fine mag and that doesn t mean I should be excluded from your group of worthy audience added weeks later Now I m able to download issues THANKS to a VPN service connecting to the US and I believe there s still going to be quite some unsatisfied international readers out there     Cannot update library an error has occurred Robolushin

After upgrading to the app s most recent version all of my downloaded issues disappeared I was able to reconnect the app to my iTunes account that info had disappeared as well but when I try to download any issues I get the following error index html unable to download folio     Wiped my downloaded issues and now won t re load them Pappatom

I subscribe to the magazine and enjoy the app layout but when I try to read an article it crashes more often than not Makes reading articles from the app frustrating at best impossible at worst         touch CrashWorld RoamingRicker

Downloaded this app subscribed downloaded the latest issue all without a hitch The resolution is great navigation a cinch absolutely no complaints other than the fact the magazine can only be viewed in portrait orientation the reason for the 4 star rating                 Not Bad Schmucklefutz

If I could give a lower rating I would Cycle World needs to fix this app I downloaded it with the full intent to purchase a subscription and read the magazine However it took a full three days and multiple restarts just to get the app to work and purchase the subscription Once I finally was able to purchase the subscription it took two days for the app to give me the option to download a magazine Now after seven tries on two different wifi networks with excellent signal strength and plenty of bandwidth the app still will not complete even one magazine download It starts the download very slowly then gets anywhere from 3 to over 80 complete then says Download failed Please try again later No amount of app and iPad restarts seems to make any difference Cycle World is a great mag but this app is horrible I am out 12 64 and no magazines to show for it     Horrible app The Real Gasket
