Tried this app last night for the first time As an experiment I used the app my friend did not I called for my car from our table He went outside and gave his ticket to the valet Of course he got his car before I did And I had to pay more than he did Not faster
The valet gives you a 2 coupon to incentivize you to install the app but there is no way to claim the coupon App is also buggy Crashed once Trouble reading credit card Like the concept but still very rough 2 promotion false advertising app buggy
This app is the worst I still had to tell the valet I wanted my car and that Id already paid despite getting a text that my car was ready On top of that I tried it with a coupon that didnt work so then I get a bill and a charge For more than the valet There is no way to reach customer service or I would have done that Doesnt work
Love the idea but the camera crashes on my iPhone 6 so I cant scan the valet ticket Thats kind of important Future Potential
Once you store your credit card information you are not allowed to delete it Theres no pay as you go option Companys website contact page not working properly Not happy with inflexibility
I was persuaded to download this nonworking app in Santa Monica under the pretense that I would receive 2 off But to my surprise I not only did not receive this first time user discount but it charged me a service charge took forever to work and froze and crashed 3 times I want a full refund and apology for this terrible joke of an app But of course I looked online for a phone number or email address and couldnt find anything Im sure his is because they have this problem all the time Anyone know how to contact this ridiculous app so I can get my money back Thanks I want my money back
