I just did my first Curbside order and I was pleasantly surprised Ordering was super easy I received a text stating that my order was ready Arrived at the store and waited less than 2 minutes for the very nice clerk to bring out my stuff The 10 off was a great bonus Will definitely use it again and often                     Great experience Meme777meme

Update Now they just cancel your order half the time This service is terrible Three times I ve tried ordering through this app and three times I ve had to go into the store The first time the app recognized my location but the store s phone lines were down I ended up going inside and waiting in line for 20 minutes at the customer service desk The second time there was only one curbside spot in a crowded parking lot and someone was parked there for over ten minutes Since my wife was driving she dropped me off and I went in It wasn t too bad but was still annoying The third time the app didn t recognize that I was at the location until I was inside standing in front of the employee handling the curbside pickup operations     Never works the way it is supposed to TJ__

If you want to place orders for items that do not exist in the store then use this app If you want to pull up curbside and wait 10 minutes without the person coming out to your car then use this app If you want to get your items by actually walking into the store 8 to 10 minutes after you parked in the curbside parking stall then use this app     Poor service poor database of items William Joseph

Placed an order with a promotion code at cvs in san mateo It said itll be ready by next day Go there cvs associates say they never received the order call curbside they ask me to come back after sometime I go back after 2 days and the associates again cant find the order inspite of app showing that its ready for pick up The most shocking thing the associate told me was that the app is designed for the old people and not towards young people 26 yrs and i should not take advantage of promo codes and get things He kept repeating this thing and it was so humiliating 1 star for the curbside customer center associate who took a note of it when i called Never ever using it again     Horrible and shameful service Smokin.phantom

I started to use this App when I just gave birth to my first baby last year 2015 It was very convenient for me because I don t have to transfer my baby to the shopping cart It s also helpful because I don t have to lift a case of bottled water from the store to my car I don t have to line up in the checkout counter I live in the Eastbay and I mainly use this for Target This app made my life easier Unfortunately no more Curbside for Target I hope Curbside could add more stores                 No more Target jude.celeste
