The old version worked great and I used it for coupons every shopping trip Now with the updated app I am not able to login at all And I am not even allowed to try to update my password or create a new account Thanks Cub     Cant log in

Wont open     Crashes

Was hoping this update would fix the coupon issue but now Im not even able to log in Dont bother trying the website doesnt work either Its too bad that Ill have to take my business from a local company to Walmart where their app works just fine     Should be zero stars

This worked great for me until the most recent update this past week Now every time I try to sign in on the site or app I get an error message stating that theres a server error and to try againfor the last week straight Cant give this any kind of new rating when I cant even use the thing     Used to be good

Wont let me add my card Pretty worthless     Doesnt work

Cant log in says I dont exist also cant log in on their website with my desktop keeps saying server error guess Im shopping at Walmart instead     Broken

The best part of this app for me is the ability to add your rewards card to passbook always looking to remove another card from my wallet You even get push notifications each time your rewards amount updates However you cant use the passbook card at the self checkout It seems the scanner cant read it and if you try someone needs to come over and void the attempt before you can continue with your checkout           Passbook support not quite there

I selected a store and now I cannot get out to get to another page How did this get approval to be released     Really

With the new update I have been unable to log in thus making this App worthless Too bad I was enjoying the convenience Please fix the update     Cant log in

This app has never really worked right many times it has crashed or not loaded coupons that I have selected on the card Come on and when trying to send feedback the email came back undeliverable I have been saying they should load all coupons on everyones card each week and if you dont use them who cares but at least we wouldnt have to try to use a crappy app     Bad app

Would love to see this app work After spending several hundred dollars with coupons loaded the app seemingly crashed Im out the credit in my gas card now Not happy     App has many glitches

Just downloaded the app Wont move off the choose my store screen Then freezes when I try to do anything Going to delete Hope they get this worked out soon     Not impressed

Originally the app worked great Now I cant save coupons and it constantly crashes     New bugs with updates

Erased all my coupons even after turning on location which was never an issue with the original app before the latest updates One more goof up and Im removing this app     Another miss with rhe update

The previous version allowed me to use the barcode to get my rewards at Holiday Now the barcode is so small it wont work Dont upgrade It is really a downgrade     Cant scan barcode

This latest update made the app look nice but thats about it The update logged me out lost all my info card number store location etc When I tried logging back in I couldnt remember my PWthe reset password process would not work still not sure why Eventually decided to log in with Facebook but none of my preferences were there To get to a point where I was able to add coupons took nearly an hour I sure hope all future updates arent this annoying The pictures on the coupons take forever to load now and the list takes a while to load I actually thought it was broken the first couple times I tried it Turns out you just have to wait longer     Fun update

Great app to search through tons of coupons Its applied to your member card and discounted at checkout as described                 Coupons applied at checkout

The reason I signed up for this is to use as a rewards card with the added coupon to card feature Did not work for me Did not recognize my number when entering manually either     Not Good

The concept could be great but too many flaws make this app super inconsistent If I use the wifi at the store my entire list is doubled There is no way to sort the list It comes up all over not alphabetical and not by sections of the store At least the coupons comes up alphabetical And the coupons should be able to be accessed from your list so you can recall what the deal is Otherwise you have to go out of the list and into the coupons on the card button Totally not functional or useful in its current state Please work on improving this app Have someone come in to help that would actually use the app Not your app support but an actual person that has one hour to get in and out of the store because usually that is all the time allowed with these busy lives     Needs a little work

Where to begin it takes for ever to add coupon you have to search through the entire list rather than having them sorted by department Im on able to add my card because my card number is 12 digits long only excepts 11 Typical Supervalu testing policy was applied here test it once and release it     Horrible app

This app crashes frequently and many of the coupons do not apply when the cashier scans the barcode on the app No Cub employees actually know how the app works so they dont understand that there was a coupon and they need to adjust the total amount due As far as Im concerned the Attorney General should be looking into this as people are not getting the advertised discounts I called the customer service number and was on the phone for over an hour with an operator who didnt know how the app works and never did get the issue resolved     Awful

I want to link it to my rewards card but they ask for an 11digit number and my reward card number is 12 digits I cant add coupons without selecting my rewards membership status so I guess I cant clip coupons and link my rewards card     Cant actually link rewards card

Why release the new version when you cant log in to use it     Non functional

I cant add any new coupons so I still need to cut out paper coupons anyway I will be deleting this app     Cant Add Coupons

After the last update I can no longer log in to my account from the app It will not let me type in my usernameEmail and pass code Guess I will just limit my shopping experience to LundsByerlys from now on     Cub foods app a waste of time

Hey supervalu people have been complaining that the app crashes since May 15th release Wish they would fix itI end up clipping coupons Funny thing is if you look some of their employees have ask me about our new app tshirts     New version crashes

With the last update I can add coupons to my card but the discounts arent always reflected Luckily rad cashiers have noticed the discrepancy and scanned paper versionsthe discounts for me     Not all coupons add to card

Why do I have to enter the last 4 digits of my phone number and the store number for each prescription Whats the likelihood that Im going to change phone numbers or go to another store for 1 session of prescription entries Epic fail on bar code reader Worked on 1of 3 prescriptions The 2 that failed I kept getting invalid barcode or an endless loop of autofocusing     Bring back old version

Why did the search function get taken away Now I have to scroll through all the coupons to find the one I need Irritating I might have to go back to clipping them out of the paper or shop somewhere else        Disappointed

I dont write reviews But I just wasted 30 minutes of my life on this app Who needs an app to write a shopping list I wanted to use this to load coupons onto my cub card Cant do it Constantly asks you to log back in never saves your store preferences cant save coupons So whats the point of this app The background pictures are pretty but app is fundamentally broken     Cant even save coupons whats the use

Love the new ad screens and the Facebook login much fresher look coupons are now working                 Great improvements
