This app has gotten so buggy on me and freezes almost every time I try to use it I have had this for so many years but lately its been impossible to use     Buggy

Please fix the latest update this is my favorite crossword puzzle app on any platform anywhere but now I cant do anything without it slowing down freezing and crashing                 ios8 update

Dont get this app And if u do DONT PAY FOR THE UNLIMITED DATA its a rip off Cant even use puzzle cause the wrong keyboard pops up and blocks access to the puzzle clues etc Reminds me of the cell carriers throttling phones when the user exceeds 3G despite the fact that the user has unlimited data Its an unlimited scam     Keyboard doesnt work

Very well designed and with a great selection of puzzles this app keeps me happily occupied whenever I need a break One suggestion could they make a way to sync a puzzle across devices Thx                 One of my favs

Not sure whats going on but my crossword puzzles are not syncing with my two apple devices Yes I have the option to sync puzzles on but nothing syncs        Puzzles dont sync

The amount of puzzler providers you can get puzzles from is a lot and quite varied Many of the better ones have switched to subscribers only but thats not the app creators fault Access to more archived puzzles would be nice This is a small critique but when hard puzzles require more than one letter in a box the app wont allow you to enter in multiple letter in a box But when it shows you the clue solution it puts multiple letter in a box So that frustrating Also this app drains my phones battery very fast              Almost perfect

One of my favorite apps spoiled by poor keyboard integration with iOS 84        Keyboard issues

I love this app however there needs to be an update for iOS 8 so that the menu items within the game show up              Great Selection of Crossword Puzzles

The workaround posted to the FAQ page only works in landscape mode In portrait mode youre still stuck with the new iOS 8 keyboard Ive enjoyed this app for years and have not experienced the crashing issues others reported on either an original iPad mini nor an iPad Air              Partial fix for iOS keyboard docking

Since the predictive keyboard was installed in iOS 8 update iPad 2 I cant see the bottom of the puzzle or the bottom clues Turned off predictive keyboard in settings and that returned the app to normal           Turn off predictive keyboard

This newest version has a lot of bugs which greatly detracts from its enjoyability I dont like it           Losing stars

I love this app and I play it everyday The only thing that is annoying is the small backspacedelete button Can you guys make it the same size as the letter keys I always end up pressing the Info button instead                 Best Crosswords app

Unless you lived and grew up in America forget it There are soooooooo many clues that only an American would know the answers to Incredibly frustrating to not have even the slightest clue to a lot of the questions that are just biased towards American soaps or celebritys etc     Too American

I have been using this app for some time now Once its time to end my day I rest my head on my pillow open your app and just play away until I fall asleep Its become a challenging part of my daily routine Thank you for the app and thank you to the crossword creators for making my life better PS Excellent brain workout                 Crosswords

All of a sudden this is frozen and wont ooad puzzles I love the British ones              Was great but

Unplayable Constant crashes on iPad mini Couldnt even get to the feedback section Excellent app Plenty of free crosswords easily accessed and the interface has many choices to satisfy at least myself Most expensive app Ive purchased but its the one I use the most Latest update Big problems When checking on Washington Post Puzzles there is no way to navigate away from the info page I had to delete and reinstall which deleted all of unsolved puzzles and added puzzles I had already solved and deleted earlier Just happened a 2nd time No response from bug report Update App closed and the puzzle I was working on vanished                 Crosswords is an excellent buy

I like the options available to the user There is a broad selection of puzzles and levels of difficulty and you have the option of getting even more puzzles if you wish I play this app every day and have hundreds of games yet to open Its well worth the purchase price and the support is very good My only gripe is that sometimes when you check the puzzles for errors the app counts that as help and sometimes not not a very big gripe eh                 If you enjoy crosswords this is the app for you

This is without a doubt the best crossword app I ever used The user interface is easy to use The puzzles come from various sources giving players a selection of puzzles from easy to super hard and from small to large I give this app 5 stars and my highest recommendation                 Crosswords is the best

This is one of the best crossword puzzle apps out there However Ive recently been having problems with it freezing on me Im wondering if it had to do with some compatibility issue with SwiftKey The keyboard seems to get stuck and I dont know what to do              Awesome puzzle app but having issues

10 down the drain Keyboard doesnt appear properly Now it is unusable     Keyboard Problems

Since the upgrade May 8 the screen is not navigable In one fell swoop it went from my favorite to unusable     Unusable

After cutting my teeth on Crosswords Light I bought the full game Not sure what the difference is between buying this and upgrading Crosswords Light with an inapp purchase Likely just the convenience I like the interface make sure you turn on the setting that moves the INFO CLUES etc buttons to the top instead of the bottom and there is a massive variety of puzzles to choose from including cryptics which I try my hand at occasionally when I need to be humbled Some quirks the prevent a perfect rating Some UI jumps when I go to the puzzle listing screen Lasts about a second before it settles in Sometimes have to be pretty determined when I need to switch from the across to the down clue on the grid or vice versa I have to press a square a couple of times before it takes it seems Wish it would remember my zoom level between puzzles Would like to be able to turn on highlight incorrect letters on a puzzlebypuzzle basis As far as I can tell this is different than showing the incorrect letters AFTER the puzzle is done All that said Id be lying if I said this wasnt by a wide margin the most used app on my phone And thats including the actual phone function itself              Great time passer

Ive had this app for a few years now and its spectacular Im constantly recommending it to friends who love crossword puzzles                 Simply the best

This is the app to get if you like crosswords It is easy to use and remains one of the few apps I still play after several years and several devices                 Still playing it

Cant read the text for hints etc Please correct the text color so the options can be seen     Colors are screwed up

Used to love it In the last year its gone downhill Several of my favorite puzzle sources dont update anymore Long lags to update progress across devices Ive contacted support several times and when I manage to get a response its a bandaid fix Unfortunately its still the best app available for crossword nuts        A good app gone bad

I especially like the night time mode for doing crosswords in bed at night Easy navigation and integration with NYT                 Best crossword on iPad

The keyboard automatically moving down when checking a puzzle for errors is very disorienting in landscape view and even makes me a little queasy Please go back to the previous versions puzzle check where the keyboard didnt minimize and then reappear every time the puzzle was checked for errors Thank you           Automatic keyboard movement

Then ten dollars I paid for this game was definitely worth it I do multiple puzzles a day Crosswords are great for entertainment and learning                 Absolutely love it

Latest update installed before iOS 802 causes app to freeze Cant use feedback feature Deleting app and restoring from cloud loads old puzzles Feedback page appears but keyboard does not Cant get latest update Help     SNAFU

cons poor controls and navigation slow choppy bad layout pros lots of puzzles        Frustratingly slow and laggy

This is one of the first apps I ever paid for and I have used it every day since then 4 years ago Easy puzzles hard puzzles Its worth the few bucks if you enjoy crosswords                 My most used app

Love this app but latest build 266 crashes constantly The only way to use it is in Airplane mode                 Buggy build

One by one were losing good puzzles CrosSynergy now requires paid subscription Fairly good variety but leans heavily toward easier onesneeds more in the difficult category Addictive a great way to exercise the brain Some software bugs Topnotch customer support One of my 1st apps several years ago still a favorite Ive even given this app as a gift in the past but probably wouldnt do so now           Sad to see good puzzles dropped

I know an update has been submitted but when will Apple release it But more importantly does the update fix all the bugs White on white text UNhighlighted errors Etc Really disappointed for now        Not Compatible with iOS 8

IOS 8 keyboard blocks all entry Hard reboot did not help Now totally useless     keyboard total fubar IOS 8

Im really disappointed I found the puzzles were not worth 999 and would like a refund     Not Worth the Cost

If you are a crossword lover this is one app you absolutely must have I play this every single day It also allows you to save old crosswords for when you feel like playing them and I have quite a bit stored up as well because theres just so many that it hard to get all of them This app is a must have                 Best app purchase Ive made

The latest update did not address all issues resulting from upgrading to ios 8 I have to open and close the app 3 times to bring up the proper keyboard and app bar        Problems with iOS 8

I akways look forward to the crossword app its something fun to do and this is a great app to do it with Coffee and crossword puzzles two great things that go together                 Always live crosswords app

I used to enjoy this app but for two weeks it has been stuck on the same puzzle and I cant get anything to work Whats up     What happened

Crosswords is my very favorite app It sits on the front page so Im ready to work puzzles while waiting in the doctors office awake in the wee hours of the morning and during commercials while Im watching TV Ive gifted it to family and friends for special occasions Way better than any magazine Great selection of puzzles                 What Would I Do Without This App
