When you work in an emergency department, you can see anything, anytime, from runny nose to emergency delivery to amputation to heart attack, from flesh-eating bacteria to beans up a toddler s nose. And you ...
App does not allow access to content for print subscribers Developer needs to allow access to online account library If this occurred it would allow much easier access to issues that have already been purchased with a subscription As a subscriber to currently view issues on your ipad you have to download PDF from website and view in a reader     Useless
The iPad documents are not the same as the online versions for example volume 27 number 8 has article on tourniquets online but not included in iPad version over priced and poor value in comparision     Poor Representation
This would be a 5 star app if I could access my online subscription           Needs Subscription Support
App does not allow access to paid for CDEM subscriptions Needs to happen 1 Star only because developer doesnt understand the intended audience ACEP member since 1987     CDEM Subscriptions
Cant use it without purchasing topics each costing more than 10 altogether this creepy app will cost around 1000 USD     Waste
