Today no matter what I select from filters the only thing that comes up is properties currently for lease No lease deals or sales comps no way to filter for them Also for the love of Pete can you please make it so that using the app concurrently with the desktop version that it doesn t sign you out of the desktop version with a sharing violation Especially because the desktop version has no easy and effective way to filter lease deals When your desktop version boasts the same functionality as your app then you can force log me out             Ok what happened Okiedokes

I love the app I makes my work flow a lot easier especially since I can do reports now It frustrates me that the app now drops the connection to the costar db and will only allow me to search for properties for lease even if it brings what I actually selected up in the map view I have no filtering options for that section                 Love the app but now some issues Jdcre305

The opening screen asks you to log in There is no option to open an account You have to do an Internet search to figure out how to get a user name and password or you can t get past the log in window Very uninviting app seemed geared for previously obtained clients and sales leads and not the typical App Store customer No way to evaluate usefulness     GoStar No K Tut

Is half the fun In this case the iPad version of CoStar is both better than the PC version and not quite there yet It is easy to use and the data is available quickly and clearly The learning curve is practically non existent because it is very intuitive But the program is so good that what it can t do is frustrating Basically it needs to link to the program on my PC Otherwise even if I save a survey I have to redo it when I get back to the office if I want to use the data or print something I m told this is coming but it s not here yet                 Getting there AniDiDRif

You can only use costar go if you subscribe to all the costar features Tenant is not an accurate product and I refuse to pay for it Open up costar go to all costar subscribers     A great marketing ploy by costar Alan Gonzalez

We have a subscription to Costar but don t have Tenant For some reason Costar says you can only use this app if you have a subscription to every service including Tenant Let me use the app with the subscriptions I have Don t use this as leverage to make companies buy more services     Used as avenue to make money not support clients garrett4g

Costar go is so easy to learn If you have used the computer version you have found it difficult to maneuver around This app is not like the computer version It is fast and intuitive and needs as much training as you did for Google Earth If you do property acquisitions presentations to investors or lenders This one s for you                     Great presentation tool Cavalier50
