I love this app My body looks better than it ever did when I spent hours in the gym since its easy to vary my routine and see proper form via the trainer Great for my heavy travel schedule to since so many workouts can be done in a hotel room Better results than the gym
great app for easy beginner workouts tho there are a lot of advanced workouts too I love the cardio workouts from Astrid and the yoga from Tara the most Fitness Girl

There is absolutely no way to cancel Even shows you how to cancel but it doesnt work No way to call I found a number and no one answers and unable to leave a message Cant Cancel Scam
DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A STAR You have to agree to the terms of use in order to use the app which was not the problem the problem was that by agreeing to the terms of use that NOBODY READS you are automatically liable for a 10 monthly subscription I used the app for 3 days and deleted each and then noticed a few weeks later that I was charged and not refunded my money Beyond frustrated SCAM

I love the workouts but the app can really use some redesign he trainers are total pros and exercises are simple yet effective But theres no way to keep track of workouts Ive done and the interface look more like ad banners Very poor navigation categorization and sorting And there is no Search function Such a shame Great workouts poor interface
This app works great for me Easy to use in my small apartment the workouts are really good and theres a ton of different ones to choose from Definitely recommend and worth the price Easy to use

Great app Cancelled my costly gym membership and im using this now Its all you really need to stay fit Well done CosmoBody
Much better then the last version Easier to find workouts and it now tracks history Vastly improved
This app does not offer a menu option account or settings option You can do the workouts or logout thats about it After going back and forth from the app and the site on my phone to figure out how to cancel my freetrial I finally went on my computer and thats when I saw the option to do it Canceling trial has to be done on computer
Every time I do a workout the app crashes I just did a 6 minute video and it crashed 3 times Not only does it crash but it also does not save the location in the video so you have to scroll through and find your spot From what I hear its impossible or at least very difficult to cancel your membership even if you are still in the trial period Crashes

Its intuitive and fun I always look forward to doing the fun and intense workouts and I workout more often now Great App
I was little skeptical at first considering Im not a huge fan of cosmo magazine But the workouts are actually really great There are a lot of different options depending on what youre into cardio dance yoga etc and Ive actually noticed a real difference in my fitness over the last few months of using the app Love astrids ab workouts Great Fitness Content

I repeat Do not waste your money on this app Its so dumb They give you a free 10 day trial but if you want to cancel the subscription later they dont let you The QAs tell you to log in on your web browser and cancel it but when you go to the webpage it doesnt give you that option Its just a way to take your money for something that you can get on YouTube all day everyday for FREE I had to report my debit card loststolen just to get them to stop charging me 999 Do not sign up for this Just a warning DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP

The last version of the app was hard to use This ones muuuuch better Theres a ton of different workouts too One day Ill do yoga then cardio then strength Awesome and fun and the trainers are hot Funnest workouts ever
I downloaded this after ready about it in Cosmo magazine because it sounded like a great option First off theres nothing specialized for your goals like advertised its an app full of videos and thats it I use the term videos loosely because half of them dont play the ones that do take forever to load then simply play the audio while the instructor is frozen This app has been nothing but frustrating the last couple days The absolute best part of it all is theres no option to cancel and theyve got my credit card info the website contains no links aside from signing you up to download the app then the app has no links aside from videos No contact whatsoever Highly do not recommend I am using the latest iOS for iPhone 5 Not all its cracked up to be

So I want to give this app no stars because my first comment was deleted BUT thats apples fault so moving forward Things that may help Switch the silent mode on your phone OFF for sound on the videos Typically they play despite the status of silent mode but not for these videos Also I agree the phone app is not very user friendly however I downloaded the app on my iPad simultaneously and the layout and use is much better there It seems like it was designed for computer and iPad use and the phone app was their attempt to provide more convenience Hopefully theyll work out the kinks Regardless Im excited to get started and I especially look forward to the instructional dance videos Not so bad
