HIPAA compliant text messaging is vital to keep our field personnel connected with the office and with each other Since early 2017 problems with the app have increased It is notoriously slow to load Once loaded it sometimes freezes and will not scroll or change functions Or it suddenly jumps forward while you are reading a long string of new messages so that the reader is not in control of the scrolling function When that happens time is wasted scrolling through many messages searching for where you left off The most recent update resolved a glitch with absent notifications but problems with the keyboard freezing and losing messages partially complete has increased I need this app but sometimes it makes me want to throw my phone in a river Cortext please invest more in refinement and maintenance 12 4 17 update promised to fix bugs I cannot see that any bugs troubling me are gone As of the date the update my app was labeling me null for some reason and making it very difficult for me to find and read messages         Necessary for work but Former Scrabble App Lover

Just had the upgrade earlier this week 11 20 2017 and now it beeps me 3 separate times for each page Even while I m in the middle of responding to the page so that it deletes whatever I m typing and I have to start over It ll also start a new window for each time it beeps you so you have to hit the back button two and three times to get to your home screen Also keeps dropping the connection so i go 10 to 15 minutes without a page then get a flurry of pages all at once Again each one hits me phone 3 times I m going to make a strong recommendation to my organization to drop this program if they don t fix the problem I d rather have a traditional pager than this crap     Horrible upgrade johnjeebjhu

I use it a lot and like the concept The server is slow and messages are often hung up the app sometimes downloads 2 old messages from the ER when i open it to send a message Suggestion have an alert for the sending MD if the sent message has not been read in 10 or similar minutes This will trigger the sending MD to try to call the recipient in a different way         Good concept slow server JitVas

I m a busy doc I work nights and long weekend shifts I need an app that can wake me at 4 am pretend your house is on fire and your volunteer firefighters are relying on beepers what alert would you want them to use A useful alert would ring for more than 1 2 seconds every 3 minutes A longer alert say 5 6 seconds with an option to repeat every 1 2 minutes is essential And why can t the volume on this app be similar to the rest of the apps like texts on my iPhone Also an alert needs to be heard over the din of monitors in the operating room If my pager sounds just like the anesthesia machine the only alert on your app that is remotely loud enough sounds oddly just like the cardiac monitors on my patients then my support staff in the OR is not going to hear it Until these issues are improved I cannot recommend this to any doc     Alerts are useless DrPel91

I d really like the option to allow reminder beeps like SMS text on the iPhone It is too easy to miss the first alert It would be nice if the alert repeated in 30sec and in 1min if you don t check the message the first time This would eliminate missed messages Very useful app otherwise                 Good but Not thrilled, not happy.
