Hate the new update Having to enter in a password every time is a pain It will not keep my injection reminder time I keep setting it for 8pm but for some reason it wants to remind me at midnight Ugh Please go back to the original Im about to delete this useless app     New update is horrible

I tried to go back to the old app and now I have lost all my injection history VERY DISAPPOINTED I dont want to add my experience for every injection Just have it ask do you want to add notes for this injection and if you dont its done like the old way I dont need to know my mood for every injection how can i skip the extra garbage and where can I silence claire If I had a pillow to put on her face my mood would be much better I guess I will have to go back to manual recording everything Thanks teva UPDATE are they not reading how disappointed we all are with this app Just fix it already 4915 Another update Why do I have to login everytime still FIX THIS     UPDATEI dont even want to use this anymore

Please change back to the old app the new one is bad Please do an update or bring the old app back I depend on the app to remind me its time for an injection but you have to set the reminder after every injection Thats crazy        Copaxone itracker

The new app is cryptic It does not show where the prior injections have been when you select record injection Does not retain the reminder time set keeps resetting to 12am Epic FAIL Have no choice but to use paper and pad PLEASE PUT THE OLD VERSION BACK UNTIL YOU GET THE BUGS WORKED OUT     Very sad Please just put back the old app

Claire Id like to politely ask you to go away and bring back the old app What a mess this is As of today I no longer use the app and just reverted to the dry erase magnet chart they sent me way back when     Zero stars

I really do want to track the injections I give but using this app is more like pretending to track my injections The developer has the app so locked down it seems targeted for use by slowlearning chimps no offense chimps As if they believe their customers are too dumb to track their own specific regimen It seems like the app developer was instructed to focus on creating cute little avatars rather than providing a meaningful app The app insists that Monday is actually Sunday Wednesday is Tuesday etc And no my phone settings are correct It wont let you alter which sectors of the injection sites dont work for you so you have to select each and every sector of each injection site before that injection site resets Since I cant use each sector at each site this part of my tracking is just fiction And if you ever hit missed an injection by mistake it cant be undone And you cant really use the data youre collecting its not collected in database format The collected data is just a narrative And it probably gets sent to Teva Pharmaceuticals if I choose to email it to myself I should be able to sync the app and backup my records to my computer so I have a meaningful history but this normal feature is not provided Also there is no way to communicate issues with the app to Teva There is a email interface provided in the app help section to provide feedback but all you get back in response is an automated reply and never any followup or noticeable improvements     Unfortunately this app is crap

The update for the app is a joke why must we log in Bad enough I have other passwords I cant remember now this adds to the list And all the other info it wants after I record my injection come on Just remind me about my injection and rotate my spots thats all I want     Why Log In

Worst app ever Bring old app back Hate logging in Everytime Doesnt even save your injection sites So when you go to inject again at that spot you have no clue where you injected last Time Deleting app immediately     Horrible

My previous review seems to have been deleted This version is horrible I just want to log my injections record any issues and see where to rotate to next That is all I dont want to log into anything I dont want to play 20 questions It barely functions The app has been removed from my device to make room for something useful     Disaster

Hipshot app Only 99 cents and tracks better than 5000 a month copaxone app sure a few glitches thats once you get used to you can fix it but not as many glitches as itracker that you cant fix at all Thanks to a review I read here I found Hipshot     Hipshot

This app has been very helpful to me in general but I just discovered a major flaw in it it stored all of my information locally I just had to replace my iPhone because my display is totally unusable and the copaxone app on the new phone has absolutely no way to import any of my information from the old phone Im left having to start over tracking all of my injection sites which is a big pain If shared solutions could add an option so you could log in and create a profile that the app would link to that could also be accessed via a computer this would be a 45 star app for me EDIT I changed my rating from 3 to 1 star The new app does not seem to record where on each site I previously injected I have to log in every time and every day the reminder function reverts my reminder to midnight This caused me to miss my first injection in a year of taking copaxone It desperately needs to be fixed and the fixes shouldnt be hard     Good but could use some improvements

Please Go back to the other version It was no the best but it helped us keep track of our treatment This version is not helping at all     Useless

I thought the updated app would be better not at all in fact it is slower App looks pretty but I feel it to be a bit confusing Its so so on being a reliable tool to record my daily injections not to mention the required login everyday and answering repeated questions is annoying Ie site location injection depth notes on feeling of injection andor mood Why it doesnt remember the previous responses answer instead of giving an error is beyond me I may look for a different app andor go back to the paper recording method since I know it works     Reliability

1 I lost all of my data from the old app Full disclosure was not given of all the tedious details involved with this new app Such as having to sign in each time A large colorful Avatar that clearly tracked my previous sites Now they are small grey squares that are virtually impossible to see The problems are to numerous to list Claire is ridiculous and all I want to do is track my injections Its bad enough having MS This app makes it worse I want the old app back 2 Also you all have removed reviews for this new app They were ALL of poor ratings People need to be able to see that Poor app designers and dishonest     Awful and Disappointing want old app

I like the old app so much better I echo all that has been said 1Claire is scary and its strange to talk to her 2 I LOVED the shot tracker that kept track of how many shots I have and when I needed to reorder That was a lifesaver Probably one of the best features of the other app Please add that feature to this one 3 Too much reading 4 I hate having to enter the password each time 5 Its not as user friendly as the other one 6 All in allthe old one was soo better in every aspect     Please read suggestions and make improvements

I feel a moral obligation to express my complete disappointment with this app and to warn other users NOT to upgrade I dont understand how they could take a fairly decent app and make it so unusable However you CAN revert back to the previous version Check your hard drive for iTracker 15ipa its probably still floating around somewhere in there Just be sure to turn off the auto update feature on your phone or it will continue to upgrade you to this disaster BTW bad form deleting all the negative reviews here Teva     Really Unhappy

People with MS have enough to deal with without the stress of this app of confusion I dont want to be yakked at by a fake assistant some assistance I dont see my last injection recorded in an area and have to remember what number space I injected in last The old app was great especially after switching to 3xweek 40 mg Why couldnt you leave the old one for those who liked it with the option to switch for the one person who actually liked the new one Seriously the paper calendar was less confusing and less trouble     This is absolute garbage Going back to paper calendar

This app has disappointed me to the extreme 1 I dont want to log in every time I open the app 2 I dont understand why this app doesnt keep my previously recorded injections the next time around 3 if the app cant do number two then why is there even an app How is it effective Thats right ITS NOT And lastly and sadly not least the I hate that I have to answer how I feel every time I finish injecting In case you havent noticed it hurts every time you inject Also I already think injecting myself is an inconvenience Answering how I feel doesnt make it any better Please go back to the old one This one may look decent but thats all there is to it Also change Claire She looks weird Thank you     Terrible

Before the update the app wasnt great but it worked After the update it cant keep track of anything The app has forgotten my rotation settings multiple times does not show recently used areas has shown one area for injection and then switches to another Have had to stop using the app and switch to a notebook     AWFUL after update

After updating my app and losing all my data I couldnt even get in to tracking I tried for over an hour and kept getting an Unknown Error message Im going back to paperbased injection tracking This app is terrible     So disappointing

They deleted my previous review Dont waste your time with this app Download Hipshot 1st of all I will not log in to use this app every time I inject Secondly I can barely navigate this obstacle course I go to record an injection and it makes me choose my injection site Didnt I enter my injection rotation already Now I have to tell the app with each injection that I do it manually instead of auto inject Every time Instead of making a simple note now I have to record how I felt about the injection and record my mood Every time How does this make the process faster and more convenient You took a poorly functioning app and dressed it up into a needlessly complicated mess Disappointed doesnt even cut it I guess Ill have to come up with my own way of tracking my injections This app is zero help Thanks for nothing If I could give you less than one star I would Judging by how long it took you to upgrade the last app youll get around to addressing these complaints next year     Went from bad to useless

I appreciate Copaxone and the fact that my health insurance covers most of the cost This app makes the use of a paper record a much more appealing option The Claire app was designed for the pharm not the user It is a wonderful example of a manufacturer not understanding the needs of their customers My recommendation is that Copaxone users avoid this app until an improved redesign comes along The manufacturer should understand that convenience speed of use and reliability are primary considerations for Copaxone users My goal is to take my shot record it and get on with my life as soon as possible Unless this app shares these objectives it is a waste of my time Giving this app a singlestar rating is an act of benevolent generosity     Disappointing

Absolutely horrible updateTeva were all disappointed Wish I could get the old one backit was much easier to use Its crazy to require a log in each timeand Claire just doesnt work Thank goodness she can be silenced I hope youre reading these reviews Teva recording injections is important and its a shame this app doesnt encourage us to do that     DONT Update or install this app

1 Claire is terrible Everyone hates Siri what made you think wed like Claire 2 Whos using my mood data Why do I need to use my precious time in the morning to record such data Ive got 3 kids Im happy just recording the injections Which leads me to 3 It DOES NOT record injections It only records your most recent one So as I cycle through my 7 sites I literally take screen shots because when I get back to my right arm my previous injection is no longer highlighted How is that happening So much for trying to limit lipoatrophy FIX THIS APP or give us our old one back     Its so flawed

Whats the point of recording an injection if the app does not keep track of the areas where you inject Why sending a reminder at midnight every day even if my reminder is set for 8pm and I inject every other day Does this app do even 110th of what its supposed to do I am afraid the answer is NO I hope SharedSolutions will contact more able and serious developers soon actually tomorrow     Awful

I need to help remember and keep track of my injection sites It sometimes cant connect or is down I Dont like that I have to login every time I need to use the app It doesnt project where my next injection should be Whether on the body nor the spot at the site PLEASE IMPROVE UPDATE THIS APP     Unreliable and mostly useless

7012015 update I saw a new update for iTracker I did not even do the update as HIPSHOT is working great for me since March and have not used iTracker since April HIPSHOT is very simple and basic but does the job I am very comfortable with it now easy to email a history to store on your computer if you want to It is a little different but after about 34 weeks I stopped doing iTracker 41715 Some one did remove a bunch of reviews mine included Am adding tis and trying again I have now stopped using it and gone over to Hipshot A pretty basic app but it does the job much faster than this one NO Claire and history is easy view 32514 UPDATE I HAVE STARTED USING AN APP CALLED HIPSHOT WHICH IS VERY BASIC AND CAN BE USED FOR COPAXONE OR INSULIN I am using it in addition to iTracker to see how it goes before totalIy ditching iTracker app I started with copaxone 20 in Dec 2013 was over the moon there was an APP for that I was newly diagnosed at the time As a pretty tech savvy person I did call company and suggest a few possible improvements after using it for a while Then there was an update some time in 2014 it lost some features so I called and complained again Now they did another update last month It is so bad that I do not trust it it and am having to keep manual details as well which i have to refer to make sure the sub sites are accurate The Signing in the Questions and the Useless Robot have made this a joke If you are still able to work the last thing you need is an app that takes this long to navigate in the morning I am on the verge for various reasons of deciding not to take this drug This app is not helping with my decision The drug company Teva want the Robot to take over from the MS certified nurses that the company employs to save money as they are shortly to face generic completion It does not perform the simplest function of logging automatically the time you press record injection It was suggested that I add it manually in the notes It did do this function when I first used the app I have called may times to give constructive criticism Which I am told gets passed on The app developers have never had to actually use their app in the real MS world     EVERY UPDATE HAS MADE THIS APP GOES BACKWARDS TERRIBLE NOW

Because of this app Im going to switch back to a paper calendar to track my injections Its not at all user friendly Im tired of needing to log in Simply terrible It has actually made the injection process worse     Terrible

This app went from okay to absolutely terrible You have to log in every time you open it It no longer keeps track of where your next injection goes you have to remember where your last one was to make sure your not doubling up or skipping sites It asks you way too many questions about your mood how the injection was etc I just want the app back that told me where my next injection went what day what happened to that I dont even use the app anymore I just hope I can remember correctly Boo     Molly

I like the old app It reminded me on the days I need to take my injection at a set time When I set the new app it send the reminder at 1201 am so its there when I wake up I do my injection before I go to bed It needs to be fixed Also having to log in every time is a pain I hope these comments are being reviewed by people other than users so the app can be fixed Shared Solutions has been an asset but this app is minus the et     Needs to be worked

I echo all of the sentiments here Yes this app deleted all my data from the old version I could get over that but I really hate the following 1 having to log in just to record an injection too time consuming 2 having to rate my mood wellbeing etc for every injection Condescending and ridiculous 3 THE APP DOES NOT TELL YOU WHERE YOU LAST INJECTED WHICH IS ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS FOR USING AN APP 4 Claire is utterly ridiculous I deleted this from my phone     i thought it couldnt get any worse

Works fairly well Having to log in repeatedly is a nuisance If you are out late and take the shot after midnight the NEXT INJECTION SITE is gone not too swift its late in the evening and the app wants me to play guessing games not helpful           Has possibilities
