Since the most recent update I receive an error whenever I click on one of my accounts Don t bother installing this the most important functionality of this app doesn t work     We Apologize for the Error Bakskwnsl

This app update is terrible You can t even log in to see your account the majority of the time When it does decide to work you have waited a significant amount of time for it to think and let you log on Terrible compared to the previous app They need to work this out or I will be switching banks Update the app still blows Will give you we re sorry for the error any time you go to look at your account in depth Garbage app and the bank is going down hill as well     Terrible Andrew1313132323

This new redesigned app is complete garbage bad design horrible user interface and more complicated than it needs to be I primarily use online banking and I haven t seen my account balance in a week because of this POS     Garbage ogphat17

Aug 2016 version worked fine on iOS 8 1 I downloaded Nov 4 2016 update and now app crashes upon launch I see a flash of the logon screen then it tanks Deleted and re loaded same results Disappointed I had to drive to CU to deposit 2 checks So spoiled have I become with having this Please research and repair Thank you     Nov 4 2016 upgrade broke the app Rhodot

First of my fianc and my joint account doesn t show up so that s a serious problem I also hate putting in my password every single freaking time a password that has to be super long and not as simple as a pin like the old version And the whole lay out looks confusing and washed out it doesn t look nearly as good as the old one The only thing I like about it is that when someone deposits my check there s a picture of the check     The old version was much better JessicaGirl4500

I don t usually review apps but you guys need to know that this new update is not good The former app was way easier to use and navigate The last app would tell me exactly how much money I would need to put in to pay off my credit card and this app is displaying something that I do not understand It is possibly a glitch Please give us back the old app     This updated app is bad Jen3164

App definitely has more need information but still like the old app better I could save all my accounts in one place and see them with a click or 2 Doesn t seem to work half the time I get error messages every other click     Old app was better Armycowboy01

I love being able to check my balance at any time wherever I am being able to transfer funds on the go and the mobile deposit is perfect for my busy schedule when I don t have time to get in to the bank No glitches or problems whatsoever and extremely user friendly If you have CCU you MUST download this app                     Perfect Rvlax

While the features of this app are very convenient so is my account information The account number stays there even when you close and reopen the app And I no longer have access to the full site from my phone so I have to use the mobile version another thing I do not like The website offers multiple levels of security including interrogation but the mobile app will provide my account number to anyone Please fix this         More security needed Demon Acid Evil
