ContactsKeeper has all features needed in a CRM app contacts tasks projects calendar etc I would like to give this app five stars but it is entirely too slow like operates on a delay or something It takes too long to load and the calendar never loads I hope the developers improve in these areas so I can rely on ContactsKeeper to be my primary CRM app Great potential
It kept spinning forever Please get it fixed Export function does NOT work
The app is sooooo slow Unproductive to have to constantly wait on it Email log integration doesnt work right Thumbs down Turtle slow
At first I was very impressed with this app it took a little bit understand it had a little bit of quirks about it but it seemed to at least be workingso I wrote a very nice review Now the app takes a long time before I can even start up and when it does it has more more issues I would not recommend this app now I finally gave up on it No longer Completely Blown away
I cannot vouch for older versions of this software since I purchased the software on the previous release to this current one On that release and this new release with bug fixes it still didnt fix mine Since I am new I opened the app and it asked for my permissions to contacts tasks etc and I obliged But nothing seems to be happening after that On my iPad Mini and my iPhone 5s they both can sit there for hours and still never populate my contacts over I thought it may just take awhile since I have a lot but it just never updates even after closing the app and reopening it or even shutting the phone off and turning it back on I think for the price this would be a great Basic CRM but wont be able to evaluate that part until the basic syncing functions Will continue to watch and will update the review once it does work Still not functioning for me a new user
This app locks up too often When in the company menu and you hit to add enter a company name and hit done you cannot go any further it will continue to ask for a company name Then it will lock up Locking Up
This app is so horrible It freezes up and restarts all of the time The maps do not work Every time you try to export contacts it freezes up When you send emails for customer support no one ever responders and I have tried several time Please dont waste your time or money Horrible Dont waste your time or money
Update Still buggy Ill pass on this one my data is too valuable to trust to an app like this Ill stick with Evernote Looks good but still buggy When I edited a contact using the screens from iOS contacts embedded in this app the app crashed on Done The app also triplicated and more sometimes all of my contacts Needs work before I can use this with assurance It also needs a way to purgestore old data This could turn on to be a very large memory user but there is noting for archiving Nice but buggy
