This is a well designed government transparency application Users can easily view current and upcoming bills that are going to be looked at voted upon or modified The design helps in this regard with the background consisting of a light yellow color text that is easy to read and a scroll down menu which brings up the latest news Users also have the option to favorite a legislation that interests them so if more information comes out about it the data will be easier to find Users who are interested in donating to the foundation behind this application can also do so Congress By Sunlight Foundation

App is beautiful and the start of something great You can follow the developers progress on Github they appear to be very active or even make your own contribution to the code Thats exactly what youd want from an app whos goal is transparency Download the app use the nearby function to find and follow your rep and senators and then give them a call with a single tap Check back in to see what theyre sponsoring or how theyre voting Simple Open Source to Open Congress

Great app stable and does as intended For the politically active

The app works well is stable and does what it claims The info isnt very detailed You can see how your Senator voted on nominations but cant tell who was nominated So much more left to be done in later versions The Sunlight Foundation has ambitious goals to make gov transparent and deserves your support Useful way to learn about what is going on

This is a terrible app update The layout is awful and doesnt give floor updates Useless update no floor updates

All around decent App with no frills and no gimmicks It has everything I was looking for to track my Senators and Representative voting records interesting legislation and to see the currently active bills in either chamber I really like that I can star select bills to keep an eye on them Nice work Perfect for my needs

Great interface but the app has some notification issues In the inapp settings it tells me it cannot send notifications as it isnt enabled in Notification Center However in Notification Center settings the app doesnt appear in the list Notification problems
