A slightly older version than the current 1 4 3 installs fine on a Gen 1 iPad running 5 1 1 It does pretty much all I need a comic book reader to do I don t understand the complaints of others Sure it won t cure cancer but it runs great And you cannot beat free Je vous remercie for writing this great app M Latour It has extended the useful life of my iPad Excellent LuvComicFlow

First off the app is amazing and better than any book reader out there for comics and graphic novels I love the App but I don t love having to delete individual comics and books 1 by 1 when I ve got 30 GB to go through The folders don t work so I can t group them and delete that way and I don t wan to delete everything Let us delete multiple items a time Sean swaggavelli

I have been using this app for quite some time as a reader for comics and have had no issues with it The minimal design helps make it easy to use This latest update changed the way the display of comics By State worked The previous version sorted unread comics alphabetically from A Z but the latest one sorts them Z A which makes reading a series counterintuitive New update changes display Golan1138

One thing I would like to suggest is to be able to see the full name of the cbr file coz every time I finished reading an issue I have to search for the next issue which can be pretty annoying to some of the files that isn t properly arranged in the correct issue order And for the next suggestion is to be able to browse through the comics you need in the app and to be able to download them if anyone of you used the app mangarock you ll know that you can search through the manga comic data base and download it directly into the app that is what I want to suggest so that I won t have to download it on my laptop every time I want something new to read and to import it makes it twice the effort i would suggest that you make partnership with a website that have a huge database and ask if you can use their database Great app wow but here are some suggestions for improvement HikaruThan

Overall this a good app My problems are with the slow page turning and having to use the web app to make multiple deletes and or edits With the exception of uploading dont want to use anything outside of the app That being said the books open nicely zooming is crystal clear and if you get more storage can hold lots of books Has potential

Tried other paid readers This was the only one that had a clear path to get my comics onto the iPad via local network and a web browser No cords needed It also happens to work very well as a library and reader Minimal interface but not at a cost in functionally Just works

I love using this app for my comics I download and need to carry tons of comics with me but with this app i have everything right here and no way to bend the pages I gave it 4 stars only because it doesnt support subfolders which i think would be amazing to add later on When it comes to reading comics and putting them on the app it takes seconds once you are connected to the website to transfer files over The program reads zip files which i thought was amazing but havent had the luxury of trying yet The folders and rearranging files in the folders are very easy to do when you are on the computer because the app doesnt allow for you to change names or rearrange anything which is a pain if you dont notice before closing out the computer Great app

This app is pretty basic no bells or whistles it just does the job it sets out to do and does it well Comics read great in it While I would like more library management options thats not a huge deal Given that this is a free app it is well worth your time Solid

I have been using this app for years to download cbr files from my google drive and natively loading them into this app With the iOS 8 share widget updates it no longer works I love this reader Please update so I can resume my normal workflow Then this review will be a five star once more Update share widget

This app needs accesibility to organize comis by foldersries Ive looked up many a youtube video trying to help me with this but have no luck All of my comics are in order on CPU and even in iTunes but on the app they show all out of order even when I put them by Name Date or State whatever that means Let users organize WITHIN APP instead of online with a wierd numbered URL that even then wont let me sucessfully organize my comics Other than that this app is OKAY Sometimes when I tap to go to the next page it instead zooms in but I can deal with that What I cant deal with is an overcrowded page of out of order and unorganized comics ORGANIZATION

I am new to whole comic book thing I started reading Batman and came across this app while searching good reader for my iPad I must say this is one of the best apps I have used I bought the full version too Just a great way to read all your favorite comics and manage your library all in one place Amazing work Keep up Absolute Best

As a comic reader the app is awesome it is just missing a few things to be perfect You can not add folders within folders the app just does not see the nested folders and that can make things itheresting when trying to add some bigger collections The option to dim the screen is nice but the addition of a slider with the dim switch would be better I can understand why the backup storage options are the way they are but it would really add to the app if comics in the app could have an option to back up to itunes default on and icloud default off as well as the in app puchasethat does not seem to have much information on it is this monthly or lifetime Bottom line this is a GREAT comic book reader the app just needs a few more tweaksthanks for the hard work Great reader just missing a few things

Its a good app but definitely would be improved if you could DL from Dropbox and OneDrive Cloud support

Ive been using Comic Flow for a couple months and its been great A few ideas for improvements A way to organize comics As of now it seems the only way to organize the files is to remove them from the iPad reorganize on the computer and reupload A quick way to access the dim screen switch More views to choose from in the browser maybe larger views of the covers Filters in the browser to hide read comics Fantastic Comic Reader
