The game is a bit easier after the difficulty update However it is still too difficult in terms of how accurate you have to be yo hit the defense and offense buttons For defense you are almost better off just rapidly tapping the screen You level up faster than you are able to buy upgrades which makes the difficulty curve shoot up a bit before you are actually ready to start blocking 34 hits at a time Too difficult

Combo Queen is addictive and fun when you are in the zone but has the potential to frustrate if you slip up and you will slip up With a leveling system it is worth playing over and over Unfortunately Combo Queen has a habit of backing me out to the iOS main screen this usually happens when starting a game Please fix this and I will give it the 5star rating that it deserves Concentrate

Im just a beginner and the learning curve is very harsh So far I have been able to get past the first large black knight type guy after SEVERAL attempts Jesus give us a lil slack here I mean we are paying you for this It could at least be fun for casual players as well UPDATE Wow since writing the review the game has actually somehow managed to get excessively harder Im having trouble getting past the first couple of enemies They used to only take a hit or two now its several and the timing is not accurate and if you miss there doesnt seem to be a way to defend in time no matter what Anyone that can program can make an impossible game youre not a geniusyoure not special I have lowered my rating from 2 stars to 1FIX THIS Too hard too soon
