Mobile deposit continues to error when trying to take photo Every time I take a photo it says please center and make sure proper lighting etc but it will not accept even the best of proper photos taken that are required for mobile deposit Please fix loyal customer             Mobile Dep CnbCust

With the current update the deposit check function seemed fixed but now the app crashes when attempting to deposit a check Multiple attempts failed so checks had to be deposited at the bank Update 12 24 16 App had previously allowed deposits being hit or miss but now it doesn t accept images taken of the check at all It needs to be fixed         Not bad when not crashing TeX_Az

Took about 40 pictures trying to deposit a check but the app kept saying to take a proper picture These were basically professional quality pictures of a corporate printed check they couldn t be any more proper This function the only one I use of course seems broken         Check Deposit Not Working whoknows7

The concept of banking online is nice and all but I can t even log in The registration section has a bug that keeps me from registering Please fix     Can t even log in Gihad97

To be clear and straight forward there are numerous problems in this app This is expected from a fairly new app that just launched recently however I am hoping the problems are fixed When tapped on many features cause the the app to crash completely The user interface is a bit atrocious and could use some modern simplification and smoothness However this can t be dealt with until the app can stay open without crashing around every corner Also having to put in your user name and password every single time you want to look at your account is such a dreaded hassle solution Allow a feature that will enable the user to login to their account utilizing their finger print scanner if they have it That would be so much easier my goodness such a little problem that is but such a big hassle it causes All in all I love my bank I just hope I can love the app as much here soon To sum things up Fix the bugs that cause the app to crash Fix the bugs in general Clean up the UI or at least allow to choose from better ones Finger print scanner to login         I speak for many people when I say Gustavo :D

I just downloaded this app and love all of the new features However after having it on my phone for only 10 minutes it started crashing Now whenever I sign in and press one of the icons like make a deposit the app just closes Frustrating I m giving it 3 until this issue is resolved             Love the new features however Viktoria Secret
