Perfect addition to my Cloud Streams account I love being able to invite clients on the go and manage my listing alerts                 Must have for real estate agents

Im a real estate agent in Orange County CA I was excited about this app until I actually started to use it Primarily because I saw it as a way to veer buyers and sellers away from Trulia et al This app is billed in agent webinars as the solution to clients going to Zillow and Trulia Unless the changes below are adopted forget it 1 The app needs to let clients have access to all the MLS criteria 2 You need a list view and a way for clients to organize listings 3 Once you have a list view your need the ability to organize by heading 4 Your also need a way to with screens to geolocate clients so they can search on the road Otherwise they will go to another app to search when they happen to be on the road Geo aware searching is a big part of the mobile experience 5 Its glitchy in terms of adding a steam I used myself as test I added a different city and no properties never came up I searched Aliso Viejo Detached 400k to 700k Nothing 6 Clients need to be able to search different property types Sale Lease Land Income etc 7 In an effort to make it pretty you have crippled the usability People are looking for homes not Facebook buddies This isnt supposed to be Instagram 8 The mortgage calculator has no way to change the interest rate And its sponsored by Zillow Zillow I thought the whole point was to steer people away from Zillow and Trulia 9 I could go on and on and on just on the UI alone     Needs a Lot of Work
