I dont know what the others were doing wrong This is exactly what I needed for my Pet Sittingdog walking business It does everything I needed it to I love it Im so organized now And our family calendar isnt mucked up with my clients And I have a mailing list for fliers and updates                 Perfect for my Biz

Its the only application that helps me manage my cases Would be better if I could sync it to my desktop              Wonderful

If you can add popup reminders and password protection I would be your biggest fan I love the setup but Im very hesitant to put customer information on my iPad when I know anyone can access it if they get their hands on my device Im a social worker and this is the closes app Ive found to exactly what I need              Please please pretty please

This app closes by itself right after you open it Even deleted the app and downloaded it again I lost a lot of extremely important client information If it worked right it would be good Unfortunately it is a total joke     Crap App

Saves contacts Yes Adds them to your contact list No thank you The app isnt so pretty to look at It has capability to sync wiPhone but I couldnt get it to work Adds tasks onto ur calendar but the tasks disappear when you check them in the app itself I wish it was prettier I wish you can simply copy and paste or rearrange tasks It could be so much better It could           Almost there

Full of glitches It has a good concept but is taking on way too much and is constantly crashing     The worst Cant handle basic tasks

First the app I was looking for something that would go beyond task management I wanted something that would help me maintain customer relationships and help manage the repetitive tasks that are common in each engagement but still allow me the flexibility to customize the engagement if the customer needs dictated it This app gives me that and a whole lot more Its quite an ambitious app that tackles task management customer relations project management and scheduling That said the UI takes some getting used to which brings me to The support once I understood all that this app could do I wanted to share some thoughts on how to manage the more common tasks in a more straightforward manner A few emails later and I was having a phone conversation with one of the developers who was eager to learn what I wanted to see It felt like I had my own app development team They were clear respectful and very excited about their app This is what is so wonderful about the app store model connecting the consumer with the developer In all for 399 its a steal Stick with it and reach out to the devs if you run into challenges Having all of this capability into a universal app is a monstrous task they got so much right in this first release this is only going to get better Ive bought some of the very expensive task management apps and none of them are as comprehensive and extensible as this one is at managing the entire spectrum of tasks and projects Why four stars and not five then Ive got to give the devs something to shoot for I look forward to revising my review and giving this the 5stars of the full potential                 Lots of potential

This is an easy way to track your clients and tasks associated with them Recommendations the task template does not work You can add a template fine but when you try to apply it to the client it does not save Also please add ability to create recurring tasks for clients like a weekly check in              Great app

This is just what I was looking for to keep track of clients and appointments Though it has not had an update since August of 2013 and it needs to be update to fit IOS 7           Needs to be updated

Thought this would be a helpful app to track my clients with but its not No way to schedule more than 10 days out and you cant delete a task once its entered Too bad it could be a nice app     Salesman

I really needed an app to help me manage my complex clients This is exactly what I needed I can categorize my clients design templates of taskstimeline so I only have to enter them once I can also enter notes for each client I can see all the deliverables in one snapshot I just love this app If you are managing clients with processes or tasks this app is for u If it synced with my planner app I would be in 7th heaven This is a great app well worth the money                 Love this app

Every time I open it it asks me if Id like to sync it with my devices calendar It gets kind of annoying and I cant turn it off I contacted the developer and they told me they would fix it in their next update but they havent           Great app however

Every time I open the app the same notification question pops up The days of the week arent displayed on calendar and every time I try to book a task for a client in the next month it crashes Every time Not user friendly It has a lot of potential Please fix        So far Waste of money

This app is fantastic I use it as my sole method for keeping up with past present and future clients Its straightforward userfriendly and efficient I like being able to sync between my iPad and iPhone as a backup I really couldnt imagine using a different app for managing my clients Ive had no problem scheduling out as far in the future as i need and no problem deleting tasks as mentioned in another users review And the support is far better than I would have ever expected I had a small problem and emailed the developer Within an hour I had a response from the developer outlining both a temporary solution and the permanent fix they were working on Additionally I received updates on their progress addressing the issue and within a day there was a new update on iTunes with a bug fix Problem gone issue resolved So I couldnt be happier with their customer service Ive never taken the time to rate an app before but this one was worth the mention                 Great App Great Support

It appears simple but has a lot of reentering data that could be simplified The map function doesnt work which would be nice since I visit clients in home It was also be nice to add a report feature to total the weekly or monthly income for client work completed or in the pipeline           Still needs some work but has potential

The only wish is I could sync with my iPad through the iCloud Other than that it does what it says              App is almost there

There is also no way to scroll further than about 10 days ahead in the calendar view There is no way to use repeating events that I can see so if you have 10 meetings with a client once per week you have to enter all 10 manually Hopefully these issues will get addressed in the next version For now it looks like a very good idea but its not ready to be a prime tool           Good idea but

This app is the best It helps me stay organized and productive throughout each day Very useful in managing client contact info appointments tasks Allows me to divide and customize clients into different categories and update status of each client as needed In addition it assists in creating mailings labels postcards and emails all necessary activities to keep in touch with my clients and in stay front of the competition                 GREAT TOOL

This is a really good concept but there is wa too much manual entry repetitive entry and cheesy graphics It needs the ability to add custom icons for tye of task ability to have a task repeat with custom number of times or custom end date The template feature is nice but still too much repetitive entry It would be really nice when you mark the task complete it would give you the option to email it to the customer and add a note Then be able to sort task via completepending Will keep it but needs tons of feature before it is actully useful to me        Good Concept but not there yet

I agree 100 percent with this review To bad This is a great product when it works its really really good Unfortunately since December 2013 every time I log into the program it crashes the iPad Then usually the second attempt third or fourth attempt I can get into the program I have sent numerous emails to the company notifying them of my problem I have not heard one word from them Its a shame I really like the program but the bug is driving me nuts     Loved it until last update

I originally wrote a review stating that the App was stuck Since then the quick support from the developer I have come to love this app I work in medical sales and so far it has help me keep organized on implementation of new customers Thanks                 Great App

App isnt working after I updated my iPad2     IOS6

It is working for me Its amazing how much information I can see at one time Tap an icon for that day for a client and it list all tasks if there is more than one                 I love it

WHAT HAPPEN After the update recently it does not sync with calendar Please fix this ASAP     Sync
