There are 59 breakfast recipes however each recipe is in there 5 times once for each block and just a few extra not labeled for num her of blocks That pretty much hold through for all the categories I dont consider this a lot of recipes There have to be much better apps than this out there for the Zone Diet Rip Off

Recipes are numerous and seem to be zone compliant the search engine is handy A very good companion for zone dieters Lots of good recipes

This is truly a scam Dont waste a dime on this app I wouldnt give it even a half a star Dont buy

I rated it one star and that was extremely generous plus there are not any lower ratings This app is not worth 99 do not even bother I want my money back loser

App is very light on content with few recipes and several of the recipes are repeated NOT worth 299 MAYBE 99 cents Light on content
