I have bulbar onset ALS and cant speak This app is literally a life saver The only negative I have found is it doesnt always pronounce the words correctly when echoing sentences When you hit the speak icon it does it correctly Love the large display on tilt Makes it easier in loud environments 5 stars and well deserved Great
