This is a fun game especially the first onebut when you get on it loads really slow and you will have to keep trying to get in the game and for the 10th time I finally get in and play the gameits a fun game though              City island

Way to many ads that are hard to X out of                 Good

I love this game hard to get gold but its definitely addicting and fun Except since the latest update the game is running extremely slow and keeps freezing definitely disappointing Probably will end up deleting it           Good but new update ruined it

I love this game Ready to buy but i cant figure out how to buy it I love the grahics on it and when you build the roads how the people walk on them and also how the cars drives on them oh and lets not forget the boats sailing in the canal roads Making money on the gMe is a breeze Upgrading the buildings and the house are easyyes the islannds aee a nit high but its easy to make money to get it done nd also the gift codes you get helps you get money and the gifts you get when completeing certain upgrades on buildings is a joy to have also All in all i love this game and somdoes my husband We both want to buy the game                 Im ready to buy the game

After the last update The music doesnt work anymore Fix it and Ill rate it back higher     Great game till last update

Okay the first city island was great I enjoy 3 of them but this one is awful You may never see this review because the company doesnt like you too see it but here goes All the good stuff needs gold Have to buy gold because its ridiculous trying to earn it On islands you cant build so many things on certain ones Not fun NOT addicting folksboring and a waste of time energy and money        Gold

The first problem I see is that there is no way to buy a house in swampy slopes and your choices are nil to none on businesses as well It is extremely hard to get gold and to achieve going to other islands or extending your territory The hints are repetitive If I have already built a city hall and two police stations why ask for another when there are only 600 residents        City island three is disappointing

The App is great except that after gaining 1M in cashthe game starts to crash and it becomes difficult to play Also the app starts to not work properly in the sense that you cannot go back and forth thru the islands Much appreciated if someone can fix that bug     App is great but the crashing is awful

This is a really good game but City Island 2 us a lot betterIts railroads are awesome and they should add them to city island 3 honestly if I were you I would get City Island 2              Greatest game ever but

This is my 4th City Island and I love it                 Great Game

City island 3 makes up for the graphics but loses everything else Takes too long to build a city and open islands to make any cash Then when you get the cash after you buy 3 of one thing it makes You have to buy with gold You want to win people over Id keep the design of the first city island add the canals and railroads and revamp the buildings Keep flow and design the same as first game it gives a great mixture of cash and gold and like I said is the best out of the three        Lost it

Liked this game at first But every time one of the video ads pops up which is every give minutes the game freezes I could deal with the ads if I could get right back to my game But having to reload the game is getting old real quick        Freezing

The game is great except when the ads pop up on the screen thats when the app freezes and I have to close and reload the game please fix this and Ill give this 5 stars           The game freezes

I have been a long time supporter of these games Love the graphics on this one much much better than previous games I have tried It is impossible to keep people happy without spending tons of gold and wasting space building community buildings that yield no profit Also a cloud based setup would be nice since I switch devices constantly and always have to start the game overWill rate 5 stars when this becomes available Other than that it is a super fun game           Love this game but

I am an older user and enjoy arranging the city How nice to know that there is a variety of environments to work with That being said I am frustrated that you can only upgrade 5 things at a time If you want to add treesetc You better leave 1 upgrade space free Also if you are waiting for another island to loadtakes days sometimes there goes another upgrade space You really cant spend much time playing once you get past the first island because of this Next the price of upgrades is terribly high using up your cash as fast as you make I Even if I had the money to buy cash and gold more often Id still be limited by these constraints Try making it more like Island City 2 I am adding on to this earlier comment I will stop playing City Island 3 soon because I am finding that every upgrade is terribly expensive You can hardly play without wiping out your cash How do you accumulate 51M for the move to a new island when all of your homes and businesses are a half million per upgrade Even a small house The game seemed focused on getting your money while they can and lettingyou go What could have a fun time is ruined           City Island 3

Although this is a fantastic game there are issues of it closing out and as others have stated there are way too many apps Get the closing issues fix and I wouldnt mind the ads that much CLF           Needs debugging

Although its fun to create a city EVERYTHING takes too much moneygold No way to collect enough of either to make much progress not even if you give in and purchase money gold Also upgrades of homesbusinesses are SLOW and boring Ive spent days doing nothing but collecting profit and still cant make enough progress to make a difference Fun while it lasted but moving on     Slowest game ever

I made an in app purchase on city island three and you have that I get double the currency in app purchase in app purchase for the price But when I return to the game I only received half and it even confirm my purchase I really enjoy the game but if this is how you conduct your business then this Will be my last              In app purchase

Finally a fun town building game that does not require an Internet connection Thank you developers Other pluses include cute graphics large and growing selection of buildings many islands to work toward unlocking being able to progress without the help of other players free roads and road demolition low price to play complete game free of ads 299 ability to start the town over and ability to easily move buildings from one plot of land to another Highly recommend to anyone looking to build a pretty town with or without Internet connection Great way to pass a little time here and there I enjoy working toward the rewards                 Favorite App

Its a fun tycoon game to do to pass time You basically use your money to buy commercial buildings housing and community buildings all of which must be balanced I personally enjoy the game it makes more sense and isnt as easy as original City Tycoon good thing Im glad this new version doesnt make us do favors for the city people I recommend this app but it does crash a lot when ads appear Also I wish there were commercial buildings for Rough Rocks But these are minor complaints Still a fun game              Great game
