When you type in your password or your one time password instead of the usual left to right typing flow the cursor will automatically go back to the front of the number each time you type in resulting in wrong password or wrong one time pin being typed in Please fix this Good but need to fix issues

Ive loved this app but as previous reviewers aid it stopped working on 13th jan 2013 no one seems to know why Im hoping this message will get to developers to help fix it Stopped working
For some reason the app doesnt allow pasting on the password field during login I have a very complex password which I keep on my password manager Its very difficult to login when the paste function is disabled Better yet they should bring this app up to date with existing phone security features and support Touch ID or password manager plugins Banking functions work fine though and do what theyre supposed to do well But the UI could improve some more to give a better UX Needs some rework on login page
Why is citibank asking for my card number and pin to sign in on a mobile device when I already created a login and password on their secure home page This app made me uncomfortable I deleted without ever signing in Identity theft waiting to happen

Ive been using this app for over a year and its easily the worst app Ive ever used The password always disappears before it can be recognized So it tends to work correctly 120 times Pathetic Shockingly bad
What is the point of having an app your customers cant even log in to Fix this problem soon it is quite ridiculous and just creates more frustration for the user who wouldve thought itd be easier to go into a branch to get something done quickly Not user friendly
