Citibank for iPad®

When I moved to India 2 years ago I picked Citibank because they have branches all over the world Recently I updated to the newest version of this app and got a notification that I had to set my iPhone to North America in order to use it I thought I was missing something so I asked customer service and they confirmed that I need to set my settings to North America This messes up all my settings time locations other app updates that use Indiawhere I LIVEas my time zone If its an international bank they should have an international app     Worldwide banknot worldwide app

I deal with 4 banks online and The Citi app is the worst of the bunch If I need to do anything other than check my balance I cant do it here Citi you can do better spend the time and money for a good app     Not a good app

What a horrible app Definitely not user friendly and does not have all the features in one place What is going on here     TERRIBLE

The app does not allow a dash in the username field which is a part of my username so I cant even login     Username Issue

It wasnt my favorite bank Ap before but at least I could use it Now I cant even pull it up Not good     Fix the last upgrade please now I cant even pull it up

For such a large company I am shocked at how bad this app is 1 There is no summary showing total cost of pending credit card transactions They show total credit remaining and transactions that have cleared You have to remember your credit limit and subtract to get newpending totals 2 The pie graph to view my spendings is horribly inaccurate This is a new card so I have 3 transactions 400 10 7 The pie graph appears to show shows 400 50 of my spendings 10 16 7 16 0 membership fee 16 Why is there a 0 fee Why is it taking up so much of the graph 3 I tried clicking on the retirement and income calculators nothing happens just an empty screen 4 While actively scrolling around a pop up appeared saying I will be logged out unless I press OK Why does this pop up if I am actively using it I can understand if I were idle     Only good for viewing recent transactions

Please fix Update Please What happened Used to work Now it just spins and spins Never loads app Times out     Please update Fix

The app is pretty and has some nifty pictures and analysis functions But it is practically useless if you want to do any banking You cant add payees edit or cancel pending payments delve into past transactions or many other things that you can do on the online banking site As for the analysis payments by payee is a pretty pie chart but when I looked at it closely I saw that the pieces of the pie bore almost no relationship to the dollar signs next to it There was a slice for my gas company which was about the same size as the slice for my mortgage despite the fact that the mortgage is actually many times larger Very disappointing     Great Unless you actually want to BANK

The apps works well enough for what it does The trouble is it doesnt do very much You can review your balances and make payments but not make a mobile deposit which has been standard on mobile phones for some time now It is as though the app were frozen in development in mid2013     Extremely limited functionality

This is possibly the worst app ever created It wont let you do what you need to do You try to make a transfer and you get a message to soon Come on Citibank catch up with your competitors Most of the time I find this app useless I agree this the worst app ever Come on Citi Bank leave well enough alone Now I cant use my app on my IPad Thanks for nothing     The worst app every

Display info overlaps on the screen statements arent available sliding screens hop almost at random etc I dont know if this is because of ios9 or not but app is useless     ios9 problem

Citi do you have anyone managing your online services The app for the iPad is dismal and if I login to my account directly the page churns forever and eventually times out Between a highly unfavorable online experience and your recent closure of branches in my city including my personal branch the Chase offices are looking really good Having a poor online experience tells me you folks are completely out of touch with your business technology and by default your clients The only reason I gave one star is because I couldnt get out of the review dialog box without tapping at least a star My real opinion no stars     Awful

The iPhone version supports TouchID on iPhone 5s and above I wish the iPad version would be updated to support it on the iPad Air 2 Until that happens Ill stick to using my iPhone to use its Citibank app        Wish it supported TouchID on iPad Air 2

I this app is worthless Slow can not scroll And most importantly does not show any detail on transactions Not sure how it passed QA Testing     worthless

WORST APP EVER Other reviewers have detailed why so no need to do it again This is simply the worst app I have ever used Im sure no one will actually find this helpful but writing it did keep me from throwing my iPad against the wall     Why do I have to give it even 1 star

Im so sorry that I allowed the upgrade The app was functional before now its useless Slow buggy and today my credit card accounts disappeared from my Accounts list And youre supposed to be able to use TouchID but nope that doesnt work either on iPad Air 2 And dont be mistaken Citibank knows what a banking app should be check out their Private Banking app     The Worst

Before wasnt greatest app in world but it worked Now only my balance shows no payment or purchase history What happened But I can make a payment     Use to be OK

I find this application very confusing Im trying to make a remote deposit which I can do using the Citibank iPhone app but I cant find the function If it is not available on this app that is a problem as is the lack of clarity about the lack of this function If it is available the fact that I cant find it is a problem        Confusing to navigate and limited

I like the app but Ive noticed when trying to pay bills and do other things the buttons lock up and you can push them Ive also had the same problem as the previous reviewer with the logoff having to press the button multiple times Please make the corrections and update the app           Buttons keep locking up

I can login using my PC to my account Now I cannot log in to my account using my iPhone 6 or my iPad When using my iPhone or my iPad to login I get an error This started after version 70 730 and dated June 30 2015 It was updated on July 4 2015 on my systems Please fix this bug as I like using this mobile system One star rating now will go back to five stars when it is fixed     Used to work great now I cant log in

This has to be the worst App Ive ever seen Cant register as the taps will not stay open Even their direct browser will not let you populate the open taps These people need to spend some money and correct this stuff Too many alternatives to poorly designed Apps and websites     Severely Flawed

Downloaded app Couldnt log in Repeatedly Finally went to the web to make sure a I remembered my password yes b That multiple attempts hadnt locked me out no Then went to the App Store to read reviews write one Got the message that I must owndownload the app before writing a review Downloaded it again No change Perhaps it really isnt for accessing my credit card since it appears to not even have recognized my multiple failed login attempts     Maddening and then hilarious

Did the upgrade big mistake Some transactions I could see before are totally missing now I now cant see all the monthly credits If I cant see the whole picture the app is useless Same transactions do show on my iPhone app so maybe you iPad people should talk to them and get this straightened out ASAP     Fix this App

With the last update the search function got screwed up You can only see a few days If you choose a previous month it still only shows a few days so if what you are looking for is not in those few days you are out of luck His is now a useless app on my iPad FIX IT PLEASE     What the heck

APP has the basics I have seen better and Citis web portal has more options One option I like is the one where I can search the expenses incurred by each member of my family each month so we each can double check whether the charges are correct The App has no such option for instance Stick to the web version           Web version better
