Does a great job for me Finally got contracts squared away on both phones Android and iPhone Takes a bit of patience but worth it CircleBack JOHNB0917
I was moderately pleased with this app and they fixed most little annoyances but it just did a random merge that ruined a family member s contact info I had sync on and then when I found in the app that it had done the merge my iPhone hadn t it FAILED TO UNDO THE MERGE Goodbye app Moderately good then made faulty merges iMatt611
My only complaint is I wish it were a little more automated but it does a pretty decent job of pulling in the correct updated contacts from various sources Just seems to work

Nice idea but doesnt actually work Sync only works once never thereafter Website forgets your password and the password reset function then doesnt work It says it is sending you an email but doesnt Avoid Just doesnt work
Ended up duplicating my contacts and only syncs FROM gmail Doesnt sync to gmail So unless you use your phone for everything dont waste your time Mediocre at best
Its quite intuitive and user friendly and I give it FOUR STARS BUT on a few occasions it has not accurately merged data resulting in lost contacts or inaccurate contactswhich on one occasion almost resulted in a HIPPA violation name Dx were absentit was precursor to an inquiry ie Id like to discuss a mutual client can I call youthat being said I still give it a four star practice greater vigilance re possible HIPPA issues Almost excellent
This is a terrific app Simple to use runs in the back ground and does a fantastic job up keeping me up to date Great App
For many years I have tried to clean up my contacts in my phone to no avail The app is so easy to use it is silly that I have not found this earlier Now I can rest assured that the 1500 contacts in my phone are accurate I hope that this will help you make the decision to download the app I have tried for years to get rid of the duplicates

Ive been trying to find a way to fix up my address book and this was it Its like a miracle app still not sure how it knows certain people in my address book had new email addresses and jobs and work titles and phone numbers but what an incredible app Unbelievable Resource
CircleBack has finally hit its stride after some rough patches It has become a great contact synchronization and management program for iOS The best time to install this program is on a Friday night so CB has time to gather contact information from its myriad social media sources Plan to spend an hour or two reviewing CBs results deleting extraneous cintacts and merging contacts with multiple profiles Facebook iCloud LinkedIn Once youve done that CB takes over and keeps your contact list neat clean and uptodate FANTASTIC contact management program

Ive been using the app for a few months and find that it does a TERRIBLE job at finding duplicates One one try it will find a few then merge them But when I look at my address book the duplicates are still there Dont waste your time or money on this app Keep looking or try Cleanupdups in the App Store Not worth it

If you like to have an updated phone index and address book Please use this app I would highly recommend it Great App
Rather than simply sending a contact a simple message to confirm an address change this app will send update notifications to all of that persons contacts to have us vote on whether the update is valid It will take me a year to clear the confirmations it is requesting and while Im voting more suggested updates keep arriving It is hopeless Consumes more time than it saves
I have s very large contact list because of the need for my consulting business Several thousand I have a mess now This program is causing me major catastrophe It is bringing in phone numbers that it finds from who knows where and putting them with contacts incorrectly I have taken this program off my phone but dont know if it is still working without my knowledge Apple needs to pull this from there store Dont use this program

This is an excellent app that does a great job of data mining personal and professional and enhancing your contacts BUT it has problems 1 You cannot export your optimized contacts to Google or any other service aside from costly CRMs 2 It kills your battery 3 It crashes about 30 of the time after it kills your battery Excellent In Some Areas Needs Work
