I can t access the credit card section on mobile due to the fact it needs to pop up in a new window and their mobile app offers no credit card option either     No Credit Card Section Rakuenomega

I have AT T and using iPhone 7plus and this app since the update will not stay on my phone I dislike the fact you have to pull the menu down to sign out this app is a total waste of time and inconvenience     Should of left well enough alone TeenaKy 118

The app for cinfed is not interface friendly When my money deposits in my account it would be nice to receive an actual notification without having to check in constantly Also remembering my username would be nice so that I don t have to type everything every time to log on Up to date transactions would be awesome because when I pay my bills it sometimes takes up to two days to see it post to my account Definitely needs a lot of work     Love Cinfed hate the app knelson1

I have been even more disappointed in this app than I am in the Cinfed Mobile sight It s easy to check balances and transfer It s easy to pay creditors but none of the individuals I have on my list even appear Scheduling payments for a future date is not an option No credit card information is available at all The only thing the mobile site has over this app is the ability to pay individuals HOWEVER the ability to do mobile deposits from your phone is a big plus I haven t tried it so I don t know how well it works         Does not basic features credit card or payments to individuals Music70x7
