This was a great banking app That is until they did their last update in November App stopped working is stuck on update and no access I no longer can use this app to do my check deposits check my account balances and be able to transfer money The convenience was just what I needed especially while I am working 13 14 hours a day     Was a great app Ah1219

This app is has got to be hands down the worst app available on the App Store It hardly ever works and when it does it usually times out and crashes and then you have to go through the annoying log in process and that is a mess in itself With it being 2016 you d think this app could hold its own against other banking apps but truly is doesn t I won t be with this bank much longer and I strongly suggest you do the same Banking apps are supposed to reliable quick and easy to use but you won t find that here The recent update was only just a cosmetic facelift and nothing more so I don t expect these issues to be resolved anytime soon     Worst banking app Kerrigan0419

I ve been a member of CFCU for over 30 years and I love the credit union as a whole but this App is the worst I ve used in a long time When they first established an online banking system it was good The initial App they offered was good as well but it seems that every time they update it and make it better it gets worse I ve tried to log in and I constantly get errors for the system and or it tells me that my password or user ID are not recognized For a banking App that is unacceptable Like everyone else when I need to log into my bank account I don t need to have to worry about being denied access I m not going to end my relationship with CFCU over it but I m getting very tired of having to deal with this     Horrible App Lawman3980

I have had three different banks and never had a problem with their apps for more then 24 hours I ve been with CFCU for about ten years I don t get is how the app almost never works I plan on closing my account there shortly because of the app and I keep getting hung up on hold I live about 30 minutes from CFCU and if I can t call or go online to look at my money Then there s an issue     Poor service lately C2134

At first I loved this app I could check my account and take a picture of my check and they would deposit it without me having to go into the bank However this app only works sometimes Most of the time there is an error and I can t even log in Would be a 5 star app if it worked Update wasn t able to log in anymore because of an error I uninstalled and installed the app again and now when I put in my account number it generates all the wrong security questions that I never even set up Can t log in at all now Useless     Only works sometimes not at all Babs134

no problems logging in you use the same username account number and password as before my issue is that I can t pay my credit card through the app anymore there s not even an option to go to the website for a redirect the app is the only way that I ve paid my credit card bill and you ve taken that away for a very basic lame app what makes it look worse is that you went from a very well rounded full app to what looks like someone s first attempt at making an app please fix this ASAP in this day and age you might consider this minor however I see it as an inconvenience a big enough one to close my accounts and take my money else where     they stripped the app of any all usefulness legend of dubb
