So I was playing the game and the pusher got stuck even though I had cookies and I was using the heart meter and because the pusher was stuck it was overloading with chocolates prizes and special coins I was at the point where I had won about 800 chocolates and all my collection items and about 10 cocoas then all of a sudden after all my hard work the app exited out for no reason and went back to play the game instantly and all my hard work and everything I won was lost and not saved I have to say I was very upset and extremely disappointed If theres anything at all that you could do to make this situation better I would greatly appreciate it Thank you Bugs in game
