I registered at the kiosk and when I log in it says I cant and an email has been sent but no email ever gets sent LoL fail Ill uninstall and see if it works at another time Cant use

When I try to login after registering in the restaurant on a Ziosk kiosk the app says my number isnt registered So I tried to register The app wont let me register because it says my email is already linked to another account That shouldnt be a problem because I can login with my email right Nope You can only login with a phone number and request login info using a phone number So nice job Chilis you restrict me from registering and offer no way to fix it Rewards useless Cant login Cant register

Had app for awhile and it worked Went to use it after not using it for a long time Didnt recognize me Tried to register and it wouldnt let me enter my phone number So cant register Very frustrating
I see where you can buy gift cardsbut is there an option to allow you to add gift cards that belong to you within the app itself No electronic wallet function

Whoops something went wrong At first I thought it was app because it wouldnt load a chilis fav location after I placed in the zip code So I went to the web page I fillied in my info I picked my fav location Did the silly picture I hit register and it said whoops something went wrong Whoops something went wrong
App is just ok There should be an option to log off not just hitting the back button Every time you log on it should take you to some type of home screen You guys need to look at the Bjs Brewery app and get some ideas from them Needs some work

when you order online i still have to pay to the cashier which is taking so long especially when you pay gift card they still have to call the manager when its online everything should be done online and just pick up the food then booom sounds perfect online

I have a Chilis rewards account and the app wouldnt let me login It said an account didnt exist for my number and then I try to reregister and it tells me there is already an account for that number So frustrating Fix it Not user friendly
So far the app worked for me I stopped short of an order since I just ate there After playing with the app building my favorite burger I was disappointed that I couldnt save the selection as a Favorite for future orders The reward system seems fattening I mean in one example you get only 4 points for eating an Appetizer a meal and Dessert And you need 30 points just to get free chips and salsa Id rather ignore the point system and just eat healthyer I do love the food at Chilis but Im the one that subs the fries with broccoli on the basic Old Timer order Login worked food Favorites needed in app
I agree with many other reviews on here I used to order chillis very often and I used to pay online and go pick it up it made for a quicker experience when theres several people at the takeout bar I could just tell them who I was and that I was picking up an order and grab it and go In and out in 2 minutes tops Now the app is only good for looking at the menu and nothing else Why would I order it online if I cant pay for it it makes much more sense to just call in my order though I still cant pay over the phone either App is useless dont waist your time If I could put no starts I would
