While mobile depositing my checks always works the app often changes the amount I type in on the check after it is submitted A nice feature would be the ability to transfer money from an account to a credit card         Okay Cannislupis

After the latest upgrade the app asks for your user name and password everytime you open it After open it asks if you want to use touch I d You select yes and when reopening the app it asks for user name and password again PLEASE FIX THIS UPDATE Re installed the app and rebooted the phone Fingerprint id is working now Some wish list items would be to have monthly statements on the app be able to pay multiple bills at once and choose a default account from which to pay bills from so you don t have to choose an account for every bill you pay Also why not show all accounts when the my accounts option is selected My accumulator account and CD isn t there             Fingerprint not working SPH801

This new app version is useless I cannot even login with my credentials I get an error message every time I     Cannot login now with updated app Buzz2

I liked the way the app worked previously with the balance in green and when deposits were made it showed up as green as well It also gave brief information if you made a debit card withdrawal or one was made by a monthly service such as iTunes etc I agree this app does not allow you to look at an entire months statement and it doesn t allow you to look back at previous months statements either With banking and finances being able to view monthly statements is NEEDED Also it s very inconvenient to not be able to see monthly visa payment balances That is also NEEDED If you have several accounts like a vacation account or other you should be able to see all those balances on your accounts page All of these things need to be UPGRADED Drive to be the best make the changes Thank you         Marginal Upgrade Mtindexwashington

This app is always shutting down filled with bugs Additionally the capabilities to pivot to other areas as well as bill payments are poor Lastly you can t access the credit card portion for this credit union Super inconvenient     Consistent with errors Ashley Anne Mullen

The app is good for checking your balance on your checking and savings accounts But why not add other accounts such as credit card and mortgage Would be helpful if i could pay those accounts on the mobile app             Okay Speedkillzz

I like the app but I do not like that I can not see the balance on my visa account nor can I see any payment history on my loans There should be the ability to see past payments to a loan account             Improvements please Sunbird15

Unless I m doing something wrong or simply looking in the wrong place I cannot understand why the app can t show you the running balance in your account along side of the deposits and withdrawals It s really odd to me I want to know the balance of the account before and after a withdrawal was made Very frustrating         STILL don t like the app Mismix
