This apps biggest issue is the monthly service subscription I believe that is pointless we should be able to just purchase the app and carryon it doesnt feel all the needs that I want so I want so I would like a refund but unfortunately there is no way of being refunded     Waste of time do not download

I love this app Its easy to use reliable it does synch with my iPad Able to add contacts write notes send emails etchighly recommend                 Master Stylist

First two clients I entered disappeared the next day I cant risk losing my client info     Nope

As a person who is venturing out on their own to open a small studio salon this has been the easiest most reliable app Ive found The fact I can email all of my clients or those who have been absent for 30 days was just the cherry on top of the ice cream Definitely worth the 299 a month to upgrade to pro                 The best app Ive found thus far

Im fairly happy with this app but unfortunately it doesnt add up to what says They dont sync between the iPhone and iPad as they say it will My appts keep getting screwed up if I make changes on one device it doesnt appear on the other which then causes multiple appts for clients Not to mention I have sent 5 emails requesting assistance and not once has anyone responded Much easier going back to an appt book     Doesnt SyncNo customer Assistance

The trail version is all you need The description states you can cancel your subscription from the settings app but this is false Dont fall for it           App is OK but it wont let you cancel subscription

Ive been installing all of my clients into this app and today it wouldnt launch on any of my 3 devices Even rebooting my iPad didnt help Then after an hour it started working Its not syncing anymore to my devices So this behavior worries me not to trust it with all my client information I dont use the appointments feature which Im glad after the trouble today           Great at first

Sometimes I can store my clients formula in it Sometimes it wont save I have contacted customer service 3 times and I have not heard from them nor is the problem fixed Having to pay a monthly fee for an app that doesnt work is crazy     Not working right

I no longer use this app and there is no clear way to cancel my subscription I have contacted customer service with no reply I have now reported them to the iTunes apples store Be wary     They will not cancel my subscription and keep taking my money

I really like this app its very helpful with holding client info And helps manage my appointments a lot easier Only problem Ive been having is when I add notes to a client it hasnt saved Ive shut the app down and retried multiple times now and the problem still persists Hopefully this little bug gets fixed soon other than that the app is quite great              Really nice

Definitely wouldnt waste time on this app Theyve stopped working on it and its not compatible wont open at all with the updated iPhones shitapp     Dont download

Ive been using this app for almost 6 months now If I would have done the review 2 months ago I would have said yes download it I love it But now I think that it is far from reliable and is now costing my business money I have sent multiple emails and have yet to get a response Two days ago it started that I would try and open the app on my phone or iPad and it immediately kicks me out I have tried to delete and re download shut down and restart and nothing I have no way to access my appointments or client formulas and notes As soon as I get my information I will be canceling my subscription I suggest no one use this app as if is almost impossible to get help and it is not reliable        Do not download

I love this app You can take a picture of your client you can email blast you can write formula notes and all with a very easy user friendlybigcolorful format I dont care for the correction of names as I try to enter new clientsI have to go back and make sure the name is correct Birthday does not need to have a year of birththat should be optional I will let you know about pros and cons as I get more familiar with the app It is worth getting              Client records

Love it Only bad thing is it freezes when I try to call a client from the app                 Awesome

Love all the options Sometimes it does show the correct last visit date              Very functional

Im really enjoying the app but I would love even more if you would have an alarm reminder option for appointments and possibly sync with my iphone calendar so that we have appt reminders It would also be great if clients could have a profile pic Thanks              Great app

This app seems easy to use but they need a Time Zone override setting of some kind              Time zone

I used this app for a year everything was great Within the past month i havent been able to access my information without the app kicking me out Absolutely no customer support Sent an email about 2 months ago with no response still very frustrating Found a new app chop that works the same way without any hassle     Dont do it
