Glad it was only 99 for me but I bet 99 adds up for the creator I have no clue how to set this up or apply it to my phone key pad It has a few basic instructions but none whatsoever how to actually use it to dial out Maybe Im not intellectual enough or tech savvy but I wasted 99 only thank goodness Have no clue
