Centaur Astrology

I have found this application to be a worth while purchase It is true about the ascendant being off by as much as 10 degrees and that many times you have to put on the longitude and latitude to get things right but the planets are right I have been doing astrology for many years now and I have solar fire and have used kepler before This is not an application in which you could do an really accurate reading on due to the ascendant being off but it is a good glimpse at what the chart might be and therefore give a general idea If people want to do a full chart off of an iPhone or droid instead of pulling out a computer or laptop then that is on them I wouldnt in the first place 30 dollars is cheap in my opinion since solar fire and Kepler usually cost a few hundred dollars for the program You get what you pay for people Astrodienst is a website on the Internet on which you have a more accurate chart and it is free but you have to be near a wifi hotspot or on a 3 or 4 g network Overall I can use it for what I need to which is a general idea of a chart If I need to know more than that I break out my laptop This program does give general descriptions of the plants and signs but if you buy this program know that it is meant for people who already know this information If you are looking for a horoscope or reading then go to an astrologer This wont do it for you This program really is for people who are serious about astrology and have someone come up to them and ask them a question or are curious about their chart when they dont have their laptop on them You can do that with this program Overall I do dislike the ascendant being off and the fact that you have to input the longitude and latitude but as I said you get what you pay for           Good in a pinch

I like the app and have been waiting for an iphone app that would offer software to cast charts I am really disappointed in the available atlas I live in Ohio and none of the major cities in Ohio are in the atlas much less smaller towns and cities When I went to customer support I was sent to a site in Chinese doesnt help me much I have to check another atlas to get latitude and longitude so it isnt much good when I am away from my home computer           great start

I love this program for ease of use and the ability to get what i need quickly I contacted the creator about a few bugs and he answered me immediately and this revision shows his sincerity in making a great program for astrologers So lets give him ideas of what we would like to see added I have the feeling that this young programmer has the ability to give us what we need                 super program

Wow what an awesome application Ive been studying astrology for many years and always looking forward to astrology software on PDA now I get it I find it is much better than the same type of windows mobile and palm Its really worth the money                 awesome

Pros Nice interface Easy to use Good variety of house system planetpoint and aspect options Cool features send chart via email aspect filtering by chart point solar return chart aspect grid settings to showhide chart points planets some asteroids other points Also included are interpretations by house and sign along with a database of events and famous people Cons Rising sign calculations are not correct I have only looked at USA charts and they are off by more than 10 degrees in some cases Planet points seem to be correct however The chart wheel is difficult to read because the planet points are so small and the signs around the edge of the wheel are very faint Ruling planets modern are listed along with the signs which makes it challenging to quickly see what sign each planethouse falls in There is no option to hide the ruling planets or to use traditional rulers Biwheels are almost impossible to read because all of the points for both charts are listed in the same circle and there is not an easy way to set up a biwheel for transits or solar return to the natal chart There is also no option to calculate progressions Bottom line I would not recommend this app for anyone serious about astrology until the rising sign calculations have been fixed and the wheel display especially the biwheel has been improved           Good start but needs work

Huge let down I want my money back The chart is wrong it was able to figure out my sun and moon sign but thats it EVERYTHING else it calculated was completely INACCURATE It has NEVER come up with my correct ascendant NOT ONCE I contacted the developer and explained the problem in great detail I was eventually told that it was because the app just CANT accurately calculate the chart for anyone born in at least my time zone PST I did not inquire about how many other time zones the app would simply miscalculate but Im sure there are many more I bought this app for 30ON SALE For this It doesnt even work The creators of the app openly acknowledged it would produce incorrect results for some time zones A huge issue they should be obligated to inform people aboutbut they dont So beware anyone in the US especially anyone on the west coast this app will NOT give you an accurate chart And thats the ONLY thing this app doesthe chart No descriptions no interpretationNOTHING The only thing it does is the chart and it fails to do even that This app is a waste of money I want a refund Seriously They should NOT be allowed in the app store Apple should have them removed immediately Do NOT give them a penny I would have given negative stars if it were possible     DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This one gets used all the time one of favorites to say the least There have been some charting issues ever since iOS 7 could there please be an update or bugfix soon 5 stars regardless                 Brilliant App

Since this is the only app that actually creates a horoscope or astrological chart based upon your birth time date and place I cant bag it too much butthe locations are very weird Most have Washington after a city location I think they mean USA but who can tell Most dont apply to anyplace in the world I have ever heard of Fortunately you can input longitude and latitude and make up a name for the location as it wont save new locations Also the common default location stays fixed at GuangZhou CHINA but thats just the name of the place It will save your longitude and latitude so you can create default charts at one location and the program inputs the correct time Other than these pretty strange bugs it will create birth charts for any location you input On the iPhone you just need to google the location longitude latitude and input the date and time and store the chart under a number of preset categories           centaur astrology

astrology is one of my Favourite when I was in high schoolsince I brought my iphone I have hoped to find some kind of app like this onenow I finally got it its very easy to useUI is cool and handythe best thing is it including all countrys longitude and latitude it will be even better if can add BiWheel Chart in the future thanks againyou make my dream coming true                 such a great app must have for those who love astrology

Astrologers have needed a fully functioning astrology program for the iPhone for so long NOW we have one This program provides all that is necessary for a quick chart much more I had some questions and suggestions about the previous version of the program The developer was very responsive to my needs and assured me that he would address them in an update quickly He did Im sure the program will continue to get better as time goes on This program is probably all a casual astrologer would really need and professsional advanced astrologers will find it quite beneficial when they are away from their laptop or desktop computers                 A program that provides great features a developer who listens

The charts generated by this program are very detailed There is a bug with the Here and Now chart however It displays the place name of the developer instead of the actual location and the latitude displays as East even though it was set as West The chart appears to be calculated correctly just the display is incorrect I think the app also needs the ability to email the chart to yourself or others mainly so it can be printed Off to a good start though           Very detailed charts

It is the first professional Astrology software I found in app store I had used similar PC software like Kepler Winstar and Solar fire I am so glad to see a professional software shown up on iPhone One suggestion the software should provide a way to let user to uses iPhone GPS to get the current location              Professional

This app doesnt have interpretations and enough cities from USA or elsewhere I have to google for coordinates for each city I needed to enter 4995 for just creating the charts that also only with help of google or any other search engine I want a refund for this app     extremely disappointed refund expected

While I know I would certainly give this application a much higher rating if its author actually kept his promises I would now prefer to give Centaur Astrology half a star if I could do that Back in January of this year the author replied to my email request for him to include the sidereal zodiac which is essential for practitioners of Indian astrology a very important tradition The author reassured me that this addition was coming soon Subsequently however when the feature was not added he refused to respond to my always polite emails on the matter Please vote with your wallets and do not buy this app     Would Give Half A Star If I Could
