Server problems Cut out several times while in the middle of hands Emailed problem and they said it was my server but I was on different servers each time Cards are not randomly dealt It is very slanted to whom the cards go UPdATE March 30 since writing initial review I had 23 million in chips I have not been able to win since Hardly no chips left Is this a coincidence        Poor at best

I have used this site for a long time but there are many players who use the chat to spew the most vile horrible language and insults as possible to the other players You can report abusers which I did consistently but support does nothing to stop them One even copied my name hurled his obscenities when I pointed this out they blocked my chat instead doing nothing to stop the perpetrator Its a major issue they refuse to address     Many abusers

Want to act up when Im winning and I loose chips But for the most part I enjoy it              Addicting

Ive written a few extensive 1 star reviews They never get published The only good thing about this app is the ability to chat and message Thats it For a real poker experience stay far away Too many bugs an annoying dealer customer service who does respond but never listens to customer suggestions Too easy to lose your account     Dont waste your time

I lost all my chips AHHAHHAHHAHAHHH I WORKED HARD MY FREAKING GOD WHAT DID I DO WRONG UNIVERS     REALY UNIVERS WAT DID I DO

The last update ruined the experience I had with this app First of all I had over a million chips before the update in fact nearly 2 million and after less than 80k I double checked by logging into the different ways you can log into the game and found a different level and a different amount of chips in each one Why they dont have a unified login Ill never know But at the end of it I logged into the gamecenter account and found I was level 1 only 20k in chips Then I logged into the one I know I usemother emailPW login and I was the right level but had the same number of chips my gamecenter login had 20k I wrote support and they took a long time to answer and when they did they kept asking the same questions Over and over Check your logins maybe you used the wrong one Have you logged into the wrong account And numerous assurances theyll check their server logs When they finally got back to me the last time over a week and a dozen emails after the update I had already built my balance back up to over 100k chips just by the checkin bonuses There was no way Id play again till this was resolved and they told me they couldnt find any record of me having that under that login They lie Maybe they dont count login chips or something as Id only won about 80k total but login bonuses over several months is what made up the bulk of my holdings This entire experience has made me lose confidence in the honesty of the company and if you cant trust a casino you cant play in it I dont trust them nor should anyone else     Lost my chips then my trust

I highly recommend this site for the beginner and the Advanced poker player I think it plays as true as any site and Ive ever played on Great customer service and in my opinion second to none The graphics are very nice I play fundamental poker and take playing poker very serious I only play the highend sit and goes and MTT tournaments now Ive been on the site for about five years and enjoy playing with many good players that also take this game seriously True that especially at the lower levels there are a few inexperienced players that play poorly however its a good learning tool to get the experience on how to deal with that type of player When I first started I purchased the VIP package and have parlayed that in winnings over 70 billion in chips So maybe will meet at the tables And remember luck has nothing to do with it ALL3                 I Highly recommend

Decent version of virtual poker although I prefer WSOP I find the gameplay to be too slow They need to have a fast play option You can take a nap in the time it takes for your turn to play           Ok but extremely slow game play

Minor UI bugs but more importantly there are times when the backend servers seem to lose player game state and stops responding to UI commands Ive had to force quit the app on occasion to reestablish stability I suspect its running in a could environment and latency is out of their direct control           Latest update has some Issues

Your cards are far from random Impossible long streak of losing cards as others have stated You NEVER see the same impossible streak of winning cards Same player playing multiple hands at a single tabletournament takes the fun out of this game Especially now with the private table option they simply create a new avatar and fund themselves then play multiple hands at the same table Annoying to say the least Very engaging and fun though If you play very often you will get very bad playing habits in real life because of the faulty random card generator Well faulty for us not for the game owners and those whom know the tricks     Not RandomMany Cheaters

I cant see the bets now that they did the upgrade I love playing on here but if you arent used to the game Its hard to navigate I played a few times and when I want to quit there is no way to stand up and make sure your money from your hand is going back to your total amt of chips The only way to exit is to hit an arrow and it takes you out of the game You sometimes have to wait for 30 or so minutes to see if your chips show up in your total Its frustrating I dont leave the game until mine are all back in my total chips The ppl who play on here dont seen to mind that but I do I also dont like that the Dealer is constantly asking you for TIPS if you dont TIP HER she keeps on with smart aleck remarks The TIPS ARE NOT BY THE WAY OF YOUR CHOOSING WHEN you do Tip her its big amounts If you lose she tells you to BUCK UP and buy yourself a beer She talks all the time If you win a game she ask for a TIP IF you dont tip that hand shell ask you next hand Shes a big distraction in the game           Celeb Poker
