I m writing this review while waiting in line at PedWest The est was 10 minutes however I ve yet to cross after 40 min I m removing this app because it is not dependable There are better resources online Very disappointed Horrible Johnny Los Angeles

I really like this app because it is easier to use than their border wait times website on my phone One suggestion would be to straight out display vehicle and pedestrian crossing times instead of having to click on the box to reveal That extra step is unnecessary and gets annoying after a while Nice App

I find the app easy to use compared to others I have used Unfortunately it relies on data that is often inaccurate There is also no place for users to report actual times which can be very helpful Good design unreliable data

Tiempos mal calculados no son confiables indican tiempos de 35 minutos y en realidad son 2 hras O inverso te indican 45 minutos y en realidad son 10 minutos buena idea información incorrecta No confiable

Only reports accurate times when theres little or no wait It can be off by two to three times For example on a recent Santa Teresa crossing it reported Ready Line waits of 17 minutes but the actual was 90 minutes Unacceptable reporting variance Doesnt report actual wait times accurately

It keep saying 10 minutes wait times all the time You are better off to try guessing the wait times than using this horrible app Terrible app

Data isnt updated often enough Unreliable

As a border person this app is pretty accurate when it comes to wait times using ready lane and sentri I recommend it big time Great tool

This is a convenient app and translates the information from the website into an easy to use app Better than the website

Great app Needs different languages Also a feature when you come near a port to start a wait time and end time when you enter the US Wait Times
