I really like where the app has started It includes some key information that is needed I am now able to easily access it anywhere There are a few things I would like to see added though 1 Replace parent information with parents names and contact numbers separately 2 A box for the childs birthdate 3 A box for the childs age 4 Replace the cartoon picture at the top with an actual photo of the child Thanks for another great app Room for improvement
Helps me keep my private caseload in order and sort based on schools disorder etc helps me plan and keep track Thanks Useful

This is a very simple database While its OK I wish it served the purpose of tracking goals and progressdata as well as caseload I spent the money this morning and I actually just deleted it to clear space on my iPad Until theres an update that includes those things save your Sorry Not impressed
This app is incredibly unhelpful It does not allow you to sorttrack goalsobjectives It does not allow you to print subsets of your caseload It is a very basic database with little practical application I expected a lot more for 15 Wish I could get my money back Bad app
I really liked this app as a way to organize my students information and carry around less paper but now I am trying to input a new caseload from scratch and the app crashes when I try to add teachers and school Please fix this because I just loved it It may just be a data base but all the hard work was already done App keeps crashing
I paid quite a bit of money for an app that is totally useless I deleted it within hours of purchasing because of the crashing and inability to make the app useful last year I was hoping that it would be updated yet it is still not worthy of my time and the Smarty Ears company still has my money I would love to be able to track goals and data for each of the student I work with since I have yet to find an app that will do so but first a way of inputting students without the app crashing every time would be a start I do not recommend this app to any special education teacher Save your hard earned money Not Worth the Money
This app has positives including password protection ability to email or export caseload data and ease of adding categories There are significant real world caseload management and tracking features missing Please add date of birth and therapy minutes A good frame please add improvements
I was using this regularly and pretty happy with the job it was doing Now it is crashing regularly and I fear I will have to find a new app for caseload information Help Crashing
A good starting point but needs improvements Please offer feature to organize by school as well as the ability to add phone number address and treatment minutes required Also needs to alphabetized A future wish list feature would be the ability to keep track of sessions or when the child was seen as well as speech goals Needs more work
Please update this app to make it better It could be such a wonderful app Things I think should be improved 1 Notifications for Evals should alert at least 60 days before an a eval is due not 30 days If I get an alert 30 days before an EVAL is due I still have to set up a meeting get permission to evaluate write the report and set up a second meeting 30 days is just not enough time 2 I wish we could send the caseload by school rather than all students listed in the app I work at 3 different schools and need to be able to send each school my caseload without breaking any confidentiality laws Good concept but
Ive finally found an app thats close to what Ive been looking for for years The color codes and highlights for reminders are a plus I know this app was designed to accommodate educators and speech therapist but it can also accommodate anyone that has a caseload with various reminders However it would be perfect if reminders could be personalized and more reminder fields can be added to cater to the professional thats using the app Again hats off to the developers and continue to improve this app to accommodate more professions Social Workers can use this app too
This app is decent at best It is useful to reduce papers to carry around The information is good too but the goals section is not easy to view if the goalsobjectives are lengthy and it would be wonderful if caseload tracker so would be able to transfer student data to other smart ear apps including Therapy Report Center Also allowing a next option while typing information for each tab would also be useful Decent with potential to be great
